A Charming Studio for 2 with its own balcony with a veiw of ft Lauderdale beach and the new river.its on the 2nd floor with a private outside stair case in little paris hotel , which was built in 1940 . Cute with all new interior. One block from ft Lauderdale beach and A1A walking distance to lots of bars andrestaurants .For those who like Starbucks it right on the corner be fore the beach. Other side you can jump on the water taxi which will bring you to many different local places.
NO smoking of any kind.

Great accommodations at the beach

The Studio at 3:13 was wonderful. We stayed there for four nights. The location is superb. A block from the beach and right at the water taxi stop. Views of the water from your balcony. Loads of restaurants bars and CVS for your liquor store stops are nearby. Everything you need for vacation including towels beach chairs blow dryer and iron. Check-in check-out was smooth. Even the cleaning people were very sweet. Would definitely recommend and look forward to coming back. Greetings from New Jersey

Great Spot!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Liza's studio! Check-in and out were a breeze and the unit was spotless upon arrival. The check in instructions stated to enter the gate to get to our unit but it was off to the side of the building with its own staircase which made it even better and secluded. The balcony was a huge plus! One block to the beach and walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. Liza's studio is my favorite rental in the Fort Lauderdale area I've booked thus far and wouldn't hesitate to book again! Super cozy and more than enough for the two of us!

We needed a place in a bind and this ended up being perfect! Excellent location to beach, shopping, and food. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Check in and out went smoothly. Very accommodating management. Would recommend!

Just one block from the beach and within walking distance to numerous restaurants and bars, the location of this property is excellent! It was very clean. It has a small window unit air conditioner, which is adequate, but on the noisy side. The window ledge, where the a.c. sits, gets dirty from the a.c. blowing. Leak or new filter needed? The space is small, but definitely roomy enough for two people. We received an email, with entry instructions, the day we got there. Although we followed the instructions, EXACTLY as written, we couldn’t find our room!! Our room number wasn’t clear in the correspondence we’d received, but it appeared to be Room 313. After climbing two flights of steps several times, looking for Room 313 and not finding it, we thought maybe that wasn’t the room number. I called the property manager’s number and left a message. In the meantime, we kept looking for the room, thinking maybe we’d missed an unmarked door or that we’d been scammed! An hour after we got there and 30-45 minutes after calling the property manager, I finally got brave and knocked on the door of a room, where I could hear the t.v. A gentleman answered the door. I explained our issue to him and he was very nice, thank goodness! He took us out of the courtyard and back out of the front gate, to the back of the building. The entrance was a bit hidden by shrubbery, but there was a set of steps leading up to the second floor and our room! We NEVER DID get a call back from the property manager. We DID received two emails from her while we were there. One was to let us know she would give us a discount on a pontoon boat ride and the other was to make sure we knew what time we needed to check out. I also got a reply to a text I sent her asking if there was any secure place to store our luggage on our checkout day, since our flight was 7 hours after we had to check out. (No place to store luggage.) Thank goodness the weather was nice and there were a couple of tables and chairs in the little courtyard area we’d been directed to. If it hadn’t been for the gentleman in Room 312, we might still be sitting there!
