Appartement bien situé proche de la plage agréable et propre. Restaurants et animation à proximité. Appartement avec le nécessaire, propre mais vieillissant. On pourrait être dans un appartement familial. La machine à lavée en panne à mon arrivée pas grave mais embêtant lorsqu'il faut gérer une machine qui ne vidange plus. Heureusement je suis bricoleuse je l'ai vidée manuellement. Non réparée durant mon séjour. Les clés sont à disposition à l'arrivée. Conciergerie par téléphone, tout par téléphone on ne voit personne c'est dommage. Le concierge transmet les indications mais ne connait pas l'appartement. Un plus une cours privative fermée derrière l'appartement. Sinon j'ai passée un bon séjour car bien située. A 1h 1h20 de tout ça va : Perthus, Carcassonne, Béziers.... Il y a des fruits et légumes pain et nécessaire à 2 minutes à pied. Et un pizzaiolo avec de bonnes pizza abordable. De quoi passer tout de même un séjour agréable.

Hébergement avec tout ce qu'il faut comme matériel, literie propres, sanitaire propre aussi, par contre le ménage strict minimum, entretient extérieur minime aussi, après nous ne sommes resté que 3 jours, donc c'était suffisant. Cloisons très fines, et pas de chances pour nos voisins avec un chien, qui a aboyé une partie de la nuit.
