Mc Cormick Ranch Casa Bella

Beautifully decorated single-story house with 2 car garage in Central Scottsdale and private hot tub! Green, private resort-like yard with outdoor entertaining. Enjoy the barbecue, large grassy area, and outdoor patios for conversations around the fire pit, games, and dining. Can’t leave your fur baby behind? We are pet friendly! Up to 2 under 35 lb well behaved dogs allowed and must be pre-approved. Pet fee: at least $150/dog or $20/dog /night (for longer term guests)

• Large Sectional in Living Rm
• Dogs allowed- up to 2- $150/dog or $20/dog /night (for longer term guests) additional plus $200 refundable deposit.
• If you have a pet outside of these paramaters, please ask me.

The location is perfect for golfing and family vacations. Eat!- the house is less that 10 minutes drive to Old Town Scottsdale for all your dining, and entertainment. Also, there are many other options only 5 minutes away. Golf!- there are 4 golf courses less than 10 minutes away. Hike!-there are 5 beautiful trails, including Camelback Mountain, with muiltiple hikes within 15 minutes. Shop and events!- Scottsdale Fashion Square is 10 minutes away, the TPC open, Barrett-Jackson Auto Auction, the Arabian Horse Show, and Talking Stick Casino, Odysea Aquarium, and the MIM are all a short Uber ride away.

This is not a party house! If you think you can have a party and I won’t know, you are totally wrong. The neighbors will call the police so fast and your party will be ruined. Should you need a party house, let me know and I may be able to help you with a different property. I may be able to provide a discount- contact me for information. Minimum primary renter age is 30. $400 refundable deposit will be required.

Everything we needed for a quiet week in a Scottsdale neighborhood. Nicely located with everything Scottsdale within near reach. We would definitely recommend this property. A little rough around the edges, but just proof that it is well used and loved. I hope to spend another week there someday!

Property is as pictured. Very nice yard, completely walled and fenced for my dog. A nice big lawn for children to play in. Hot tub was wonderful. Well located between Old Town and North Scottsdale amenities.

Reunited and it feels so good

Had relatives fly in from Tampa spent a day at the ball park and old town Scottsdale. perfect location, quiet, clean, friendly. Dog park close by And so easy to get around just the perfect set up. Private back yard was perfect for the pup and outside meals hot tub we didn’t use but it felt good. We will definitely keep this on our list.

Outside of property was not well maintained. Chairs in dining area need to be replaced. Bake cycle on oven does not work. Microwave inside lower cabinet is difficult to use. Overpriced for quality of property.
