2. No Smoking in home or on balconies.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. 7- night minimum, Saturday to Saturday during the summer months.

Great week at the beach!

Our family enjoyed our Winter Break at Fantasea. The house was well decorated and well maintained. We felt we got a great house for the price and were extremely pleased with its amenities including the bicycles. The seven of us were very comfortable and had plenty of space. The location was also great and an easy walking / biking distance to Rosemary beach. We highly recommend this property for your next family vacation.

Great and roomy house in Seacrest

We loved this house! It had everything we needed! However, The checkin process was cumbersome since you have to go to the pool during business hours to obtain your wristbands for beach and tram access. This became a problem since we had no access until the next day. It would have been helpful to have our checkin packet available on the counter in the house as opposed to having to track it down for 24 hours. Otherwise, the house had great amenities and the location can’t be beat!

Smoke alarms chirped 3 of the 7 nights of our stay, not due to smoke or fire, but because batteries were low. And not one smoke alarm , but 4! Property managers were very slow to fix the problem; therefore, was NOT a restful vacation.

Memorial Day at 30A

We had the best weekend staying at Fantasea! The location is extremely ideal. We loved the neighborhood resort style pool and the private beach only a 5 minute walk. We only had 6 adults, so plenty of room. It was extremely spacious and loved that each couple had their own bathroom and stayed on separate floors for privacy. The upstairs patio was our favorite place to hang out throughout the weekend! We also loved the 5 bikes available, just wished they had 1 more. We did end up renting 1 bike so all 6 of us could ride together. The rental company was extremely easy to work with and replied extremely quickly when we asked for a new propane tank for the patio table. They also checked in throughout the weekend to see if we needed anything and if we were enjoying our stay. We definitely would rent this home again or another home from the same company!
