This homey and relaxing 3 bedroom getaway is nestled on the hill side of Santa Barbara in an area we call "San Roque". This area is one of the most sought out areas of Santa Barbara! It also has a very central location to everything that this magical city has to offer. Only 5 minutes to many shops and restaurants and 10 minutes to downtown Santa Barbara, and the beautiful beach is just minutes away! In the hills it is a very private and secluded home to enjoy the serenity and quiet. The best feature is the gorgeous ocean view from the lovely patio, with BBQ for Al fresco dining.

This property was very nice. It has the best-equipped kitchen of any place we have stayed. The house is vintage 1960 and has not been updated except for new carpet and furniture in the living room. We were good with that. Only complaint: the place needs new mattresses. View was very good.
