Consists of an entrance, a living room, an independent equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms including a master suite completed by a shower room with toilet, aditional bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a parking space, central heating, air conditioners and Wifi connection.

The apartment is composed of 2 bedrooms: a master suite with a Queen size bed 160 cm + shower room with WC. A second separate bedroom with 1 Queen size double bed (160cm).

A fully equipped kitchen (all large and small household appliances, washing machine and dishwasher ...),

a spacious living room with fiber optic Internet and Smart TV (Netflix and TV channels available), A furnished balcony, a separate bathroom with bathtub and WC and a spacious dryer.

All rooms are air-conditioned in summer and heated in winter.
