About this property

Cozy mountain retreat located on Village Trail with Ski in ski out access.

Welcome to our cozy ski-in ski-out 3 bedroom Mountain Condo nestled along Village Trail. Our home is located in Stoneridge community within The Villages at Seven Springs Mountain Resort. It has something for everyone year round!

OUR HOME
Our fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, toaster, Keurig coffee maker(byoc) and just about anything you would need to prepare a home cooked meal after a fun day of adventures or relaxing in the heart of the mountains. The dining room seats 6 people so you can enjoy eating together or having game night while looking out at the beautiful mountain views.

Our living room has a comfortable leather sectional, a new Smart TV with cable, and several games for your entertainment. Our living room has a sliding glass door that allows you to sip your coffee on one of our 2 decks or you can look out at the slopes from the warmth within.

Our first bedroom has a brand new Queen mattress as well as a TV that has a firestick.

Our second bedroom has a twin trundle bed with a pullout twin bed and a new smart TV . This room has double doors that lead to our third bedroom that has a brand new Queen bed and mattress as well as a new smart TV with cable. This room also has a vanity with a sink and shares a Jack n Jill bathroom. This room has its own private balcony that overlooks the beautiful tree line.

GUEST ACCESS
Our home comes with a secure heated ski locker for you to utilize so you do not have the hassle of carrying your skis back and forth to the condo.

We also have a complementary shuttle service that will take you to the main lodge where you can find restaurants, bowling, roller skating, shops and night life if you choose to venture out.

Guests have access to our community area that includes a sauna, hot tub, beautiful fireplace with a TV, and exercise equipment for you to enjoy after a day in the mountains. The Deck at our community center has tables and a grill. In the summer there is a heated pool and hot tub, basketball courts, volleyball court, tennis courts that are pickle ball friendly, and an area for your kiddos to enjoy.

We are a short walk to the Laurel Highlands Hiking Trail. As well as many Mountain Biking Trails and additional Hiking Trails right on our property.

We are a short drive to Laurel Hill State Park, Falling Water, Kooser State Park, Glades Pike Winery, Living Treasures Animal Park, Hemlock Trail, Caddie Shack Family Entertainment Center, Frank Lloyd Wrights Kentuck Knob, Ohiopyle State park, Flight 93 Memorial, Quecreek Mine Rescue and Latrobe Airport.

Please come and enjoy some time away in the Laurel Highlands! Whether it is skiing, snow tubing, sporting clays, mountain biking, hiking, rafting or just a relaxing weekend at the trillium spa, we would love you to come enjoy our home away from home!

Great place to stay at 7 springs with a short walk to shuttle to the mountain.

We had a great time staying at this condo and I’ll definitely think about renting again in the future

The condo is beautifully decorated and very well-set-up. The cozy atmosphere and convenient ski-in-and-out access made for an excellent ski trip. I would highly recommend this location and hope to return in the future!

Ski trip with husband and two college sons

Condo was clean and smelled amazing!!! It had everything we needed to cook for our 4 night stay. Boomerang trail opened the 1st morning of our trip so we never had to go down to the lodge at all!!! Would stay here again.

Perfect ski getaway

What a great property and a perfect weekend escape that was much needed! Danielle was amazing and super responsive! Checkin was seamless, condo was spotless, super cozy and had everything we needed! The hot tub was the perfect addition to a long ski day! We couldn’t have been happier and will definitely be back in the future!

Wonderful. We loved it

Great for a family. We enjoyed the access to the pool. Hot tub and sauna was down but hopefully will be back up for winter. Might ask if this is the attraction for your family. Hershey kisses and hot chocolate was a sweet touch Danielle was awesome.

We had a fabulous time and the condo was terrific! It had everything we needed to be comfortable cooking, living, sleeping, and showering! We loved the convenience of the ski locker and the easy first floor access to the condo. Skiing in and out was a breeze. The beds were very comfortable. Host shared small treats and condo was well supplied with towels, hand soap, etc.

Wonderful Stay

This is a beautiful property and very clean. Kitchen had many pots, pans, and everything we needed. The beds were so comfy. The host was super kind and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone. Be aware that in order to ski out you must go down stairs and up a short but steep hill carrying your skis. It was easy to ski in though.

Fantastic Cozy Condo!

The condo was very clean with a cozy cabin feel and everything you need for a great stay. It was spacious and had plenty of room to relax, unplug and enjoy time with friends! We visited in the fall and the hiking was amazing with all of the fall foliage and great places to look out over the mountain views along the way. We also visited the Trillum spa, which was a fantastic start to our relaxing weekend. If you ski, you are only steps from the slopes :) The owner, Danielle, was very responsive and available for any questions. Overall, we had a great experience and I would definitely recommend a visit this lovely, well cared for property.

Cozy condo!

Perfect spot with very short walk to mountain. Parking is very close and on same level as condo. Danielle was helpful, reachable and made our stay comfortable and enojyable.

Family Ski Trip

We loved this condo. This was the second time we stayed in Stoneridge and aside from the weather the property is perfect. Everything you need is there and the ski in/out really makes it that much better. Even with warm weather the mountain was still very skiable and we were able to get a lot of runs in. The only issue we had was with the hotel...may be covid related, but the food services seemed very limited. We like to take advantage of the resort but will bring more of our own meals next time. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Great place to stay and ski!

This condo is at the top of the ski trail that leads to the main resort ski areas. It is well appointed, clean, comfortable and so easy to have a true ski in and ski out experience

Absolutely Perfect Retreat

This property was an absolutely perfect retreat from home. Danielle the host was incredible quick and responsive to any questions we had about the check in process. We were even given to opportunity to check in early!! The condo had everything we needed. No need to bring towels or bedding. Everything supplied was perfect and high quality. This was a great way to end our vacation and get away for a few days to ski. The property is ski in ski out which made it an outstanding feature! We will definitely be returning!
