The expansive backyard is a true highlight, featuring a heated pool, alfresco dining area, BBQ grill, shaded gazebo, fire-pit, rooftop deck, and misting system throughout for all-day comfort. With a modern kitchen, spacious living areas, and resort-style amenities, this home offers the perfect blend of luxury, relaxation, and unforgettable views across Phoenix.
The Valley View is your private Phoenix retreat, combining luxury, comfort, and unforgettable views. Perched near Lookout Mountain and the Phoenix Mountain Preserve, this home gives you easy access to trails while offering incredible mountain and city skylines right from your backyard and rooftop deck.

Relax in front of the 75” smart TV above the stone-tiled wood-burning fireplace, or pour a glass at the dry bar, complete with a wine fridge. The expansive backyard is where this home truly shines. Take a dip in the heated pool, enjoy alfresco meals under the shaded deck, or unwind by the firepit while the misting system keeps you cool. Guests will be given a personal code for keyless entry. There will be a QR code upon arrival which provides them all of the local activities! This includes good eats, hiking, golfing and night life. Also contact us through the app and we would be happy to provide you with any info!

Jayde was born and raised here in Phoenix, Arizona and Bobby was born and raised in a small town outside of Boston, Massachusetts. We met in graduate school while obtaining our MBA’s. Upon graduation, we moved to Denver, Colorado for an amazing job opportunity. We lived there for a few years and loved it! Then… the pandemic hit. Everything changed, and we wanted to be closer to family with so many unknowns going on in the world. We were also at a point in our lives where we wanted to invest in our first rental property. After months of searching, we found the perfect gem, The Valley View! After a complete renovation, we can now call this house a home!
Why they chose this property
Why come here? To start location, location, location. The Valley View is nestled in the middle of the Lookout Mountain Preserve and is less than a 5 min walk to the trailhead. In addition to being mountainside, you are close to every major city in Arizona. We also have the best valley and mountain views in the area whether it's the front yard, backyard or our rooftop deck.

The Valley View also offers many unique benefits. To begin, it's a brand new renovated property which speaks for itself. Upon entry you will feel like your home with open concept living spaces leading you to our amazing backyard. You will have all that you need and more including bathroom essentials, washer/dryer, our famous "packet drawer", garage gym, pool, indoor/outdoor games, custom fire-pit and unreal rooftop views.
