*The cottage is fully sanitized after every guest. Book with us with confidence*. The house is equipped with a gourmet chefs kitchen for cooking & has a grill out back for barbecuing. The house is also equipped with several usb charging stations throughout for charging your phones. Located close to greenbelt, The Woodlands Waterway, The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion, The Woodlands Mall, Market Street dining/shopping, Cinema, Lake Conroe, Old Town Spring, & Hurricane Harbor Water Park.

House has large open concept living area is roomy for gatherings and meals. outdoor patio is spacious with a high privacy fence. Beds and bath are fully furnished for your stay.

The whole house & property. Additional parking available of 8 spaces on same street.
Other things to note
Sawmill Park is just a few steps away from house that provides access to swimming pool (summer only!), splash pad, 5 tennis courts, 2 basketball courts, volleyball net, huge playground for the kids & covered pavilion for picnics. We provide 2 tennis rackets/balls, basketball, & volleyball at house for your enjoyment. NOTE: Pool is only open in summertime for a small entry fee
