The large living room with fireplace, adjoining kitchenette and bathroom is located on the 1st floor; on the ground floor are the bedrooms with bathroom (double bedroom with shower); the furnishings are in rustic style. Especially for children this cottage offers special attractions: On the large private property, guests can enjoy the large private pool with sunbathing area, a barbecue and various seating areas. For sporting activities there is a volleyball court and plenty of space for running and jumping. A gate leads down to the adjacent millstream ? an adventure playground in nature. The owner lives in the mill house on the neighboring property, where cottage ITA894 is also located.
