GREAT FAMILY VACATION IN A BEAUTIFUL HOME

This home was absolutely beautiful, you can tell that the owner takes pride in her furnitureand decor. We come to Orlando and rent a house every year for spring break, this was probably the best home we have stayed in so far. We had a total of 13 on this family vacation and there was more than enough room for all of us and then some. The master bed downstairs was one of the most comfortable beds Ive slept in. The pool area was beautiful, plenty of seating and lounge chairs. A huge bonus on the heated pool. The kids loved hanging out there every day, even the teenager's! The only thing I could say is I wish it had a kids safety net to put up by the pool for the little ones, but the door alarm came in extra handy and made us feel a little more at ease. Eunita was extremely sweet and quick to respond with any questions we had. She also took care of any needs or issues we had in a timely manner as well, which was only a small issue with the pool not getting warm but she had someone come out immediately to fix it and the trash that was left by the previous renters was not picked up due to it not being bagged correctly so there was not room for our trash. She was very quick to send someone out to take it. She also checked in to make sure everything was taken care of. It was definitely a pleasure to have such a wonderful owner to communicate with. I would absolutely rent this home with my family again. We are already counting down the days until next years trip!

HORRIBLE! Dirty, outdated, unsafe - definite no!

Red flags even before check in! Two days before check-in I messaged HER to ask for instructions/codes/access. She wrote back I'd receive it "tomorrow". We didn't receive anything. I emailed her again the DAY BEFORE -no response. I had to contact VRBO directly. When they tried contacting her, she didn't respond. The MORNING OF our arrival - STILL no information. Called VRBO again. They stated per the contract, the owner has up until check-in time to provide the information, however, "that is rare". She FINALLY responded via text. A short list of negatives: - The house was very dirty and had a musty smell - The dishes were all mismatched, chipped or stained (there wasn't enough pots and pans so we had to buy our own). - The master bedroom downstairs had a closet but it was locked and wasn't accessible. - The sheets were torn, dirty, stained and nearly worn through (after contacting VRBO about the home, the owner FINALLY called and said the party before must've done it. Impossible these were there for a LONG time). - The VERY SMALL number of towels provided were stained or ripped. - The coffee carafe was broken and the broken glass was in the dishwasher. - The floors were grimy and dirty - There were bugs crawling around the couch - The furniture was VERY uncomfortable-the couch sagged - The sliding door out to the pool had an "alarm" which is fine for safety, but in order to turn it off, you have to be inside the house to push a button - a button that IS TAPED up! - The sliding door shook when closing. It stuck a little and then it would slam shut-almost catching fingers. The pool safe fence was broken - The showers didn't drain - up to our ankles at the end of the shower - The shower curtains were stained and moldy - The upstairs master bathroom had mold around the vanity - The window shades were broken so lights/sun was bright at all hours - The "game room" (a small broken pool table and and a "ping pong" table-a small table propped up on something) smelled like something had died. We couldn't even use it. This is only a short list because it won't fit on this form. We tried contacting the owner about the issues. VRBO had to contact her. She had someone bring over cheap sheets, towels, coffeemaker but by that time we were done. We were so disappointed and disgusted so we actually ended up booking a different property for the majority of our trip - we couldn't even stand to be there another day. Save your time and money. Don't book here.

I absolutely smelled trouble with this guest once they checked in. I always send check in instructions the day before . Especially since check-in is simply riding past security and then typing in a code!!!! I’m not going to give away all the security codes to the property for security reasons any sooner than that. With this group It was nothing but complaints. The person who checked in with all the complaints was not even listed on the reservation and was not even the main contact person, that alone was suspicious. But everything they complained about was corrected on the dime ! I’m sorry they had such an awful time. They were just a group of miserable people . I was very responsive and sympathetic to them and the things that they wanted me to do as a host . They were not willing to take any accountability for their own actions , for example they wanted additional towels, simply go to the walmart up the street . There were enough towels for the guest that they reported was checking in. They just wanted more. Which is understandable but, There is also a full sized washer and dryer in the unit if they needed to correct the situation. I live in another state and I’m not around the corner, so everything they requested , I paid my cleaning staff to have it corrected to fix their stay. The coffee pot was replaced same day- again I was not personally aware of the mishaps they encountered upon check-in. Again, as a host, living in another state so some of the things that happened during their stay,I was unaware of, but trust and believe, when they brought it to my attention , it was corrected! Even with me sending a plumber to the property to fix the tub that was draining slowly. I would never rent to this group again because they just wanted something to complain about, but they did not do any damage to the property. It was a very immature attitude. They wanted problems from the jump, I expected the low review, but they were so irrational they had to give the worst rating . Personally, I constantly strive to make things better for our guest, each time. I listen to all compliments and complaints because it’s important to be competitive as well as accommodating to everyone. I want people to enjoy my property when they choose us, but as a business owner you learn that you can not make everyone happy.

Exactly what we needed

This house has everything! Tons of space with enough room for multiple couples and plenty of beds for the kids. Amazing pool and outdoor patio area as well. Property is extremely close to Disney so it made travel to and from the parks easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place!

We had a great time here. The house was large and clean, perfect for our family. The owner made herself available to us and the fact that the pool heat was included in the rental was a major bonus! A few minor fixes to the house (which the owner plans to do) will make this even more comfortable. Great place!

Renting was efficient. Delayed access codes which caused some concerns. Step in game room was difficult to see. I ended up on the floor face down. It needs to be better marked. I will make appointment with chiropractor when I get home.

My son's 18th Birthday

The home was exactly as it was posted. Nicer in person. I loved the space, the pool was nice and private and the hot tub was definitely a plus! Eunita was very attentive and answered all questions and was available anytime we needed something. That's such a huge plus for me. I actually can't wait to book again. We had an amazing time.
