Lake LBJ is a constant-level lake! Enjoy the amazing views from this beautiful waterfront home - Lucy on the Lake LBJ. With newly added pool, this spacious home in a quiet neighborhood is ideal for multi-generational gatherings. With direct lake access, amenities, and close proximity to local attractions, this vacation home offers something for everyone. Kayak or boat to the main lake, fish off the boat dock, and enjoy sunsets while lounging on one of three outdoor living spaces. Marble Falls is just a short 10-minute drive away where you can enjoy local wines at two different tasting rooms, dining, shopping, and more. There are 2 public golf courses within 15 minutes of the house.

This updated mid-century modern home offers all the essentials for relaxing after a long day spent boating, tubing, fishing, golfing, and exploring the area. Return home and start up the grill for an evening BBQ!

THE INDOOR SPACE

The first floor offers views of the lake from the living room, dining room, and eat-in kitchen. The gourmet kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to prepare a great meal (except the groceries!) Or if you prefer to grill, there is a 5 burner grill ready for your use on the back patio just off the living area. Off the kitchen is a large game room, with a bar, ping pong table, foosball table, smart TV, and daybed with trundle. There is plenty of room to hang out and play games, watch a movie and enjoy complimentary popcorn and candy! There is also a large table in the kitchen that seats 8 and serves multi-purposes. The table can be used not only for eating but also for poker, puzzles, and board games.

The second floor offers views from both master bedrooms. There are 4 bedrooms - 2 master king suites with full en-suite bathrooms, 1 queen room with a desk workspace, and a bunk room with one set of twin bunk beds and one set of full bunk beds. In the hallway, there is an Instagram-able worthy wall welcoming you to Lucy on the Lake. Tag us at #LucyontheLakeLBJ and take home a complimentary bottle of local wine!

THE OUTDOOR SPACE

Outside is a large covered patio with a BBQ grill, wood deck (perfect for yoga), and huge raised deck above the jet ski ramp with amazing lake views. The is a pool and hot tub for relaxing. There are 3 kayaks and 2 paddle boards available for use. Life jackets are required on the lake, a few are provided. We suggest you bring your own life jackets, especially for children. The slip is available for 2 jet skis. Because we are at the end of the cove, the water is about 3 feet deep and not great for swimming. Just 200 feet and you have unlimited swimming in the main lake. There are jet ski rentals nearby. It is against HOA Rules to park trailers at the house. Trailer parking is available at LBJ Yacht Club for $15 a night, a 5-minute drive from the home.

Beautiful location, so much room. Games room a huge success. The pool area was great, access to lake perfect. Highly recommend for large family gatherings. A wonderful experience.

Good times at Lucy on the Lake

Nice and homey, perfect for my annual family get together. From ages 11-90, something for everyone to do! We did paddle boarding/ kayaks/pool-game room with ping pong was wonderful! Puzzles and games also a nice touch. Loved watching the huge amount of geese move in and out of the cove morning and night-

Great family vacation

This house was perfect for our family! All the rooms were spacious. Great, well stocked kitchen. Spent a lot of time on the dock hanging out, kayaking, feeding the geese, beautiful sunsets. We appreciated the quality (and quantity) of the linens. We will be going back!

I would recommend Lucy on the Lake to everyone. The house is beautiful, spacious, and it has plenty of things for everyone to do. We all enjoyed the pool/hot tub, paddle boards, and kayaks. The game room is an extra bonus. The deck has an awesome view. There is nothing not to like at this property!

Beautiful lakefront home

We had a great weekend at Lucy on the Lake! The home had everything we needed for our multigenerational family trip. We enjoyed the lovely pool, kayaking, paddle boarding, coffee on the deck in the mornings, and enjoying the beautiful sunsets. The kitchen was stocked with all the needed cooking items, and the beds were comfortable and clean. Thank you for a fun weekend!

We a had a great time at Lucy’s on the lake. There were 12 grown men and we had plenty of room. The hot water heater went out, but the host had someone out to look at it and got it taken care of in a timely manner. Would stay again.

Thoroughly enjoyed this house.

Our family wanted to stay on a waterfront property with great outdoor spaces and this house delivered. The pictures online were accurate (clean and modern) but we were pleasantly surprised at how cozy the house was too. Plenty of zones for people to do their own thing but enough room for everyone to gather together too. Property host, Sharon, was pleasant and answered our questions promptly. We would definitely return to this house if we stayed in the area again.

Great spot, gorgeous views and Massive!!

What a great spot for our family Christmas! We have family from all over the state of Texas and since some live in Marble Falls we decided to rent a big home to host the party. Plenty of parking, seating for 18+ people, outstanding outside space. House includes a large pool, hottub (which is the easiest one I have ever seen turn on) and a deck that looks out over the lake. Neighbors are close to you but they were very nice. Bedrooms are very large and comfy with lots of bathrooms. 2 1/2 baths downstairs, 3 full baths upstairs and balconies from every room. Kitchen was large a stocked nicely with everything you need. We highly recommend and will most likely use this house again next year for the same party.

Girls Getaway

We had 14 adult women staying to celebrate an engagement and this was the perfect place. We had so much space and activities for everyone. During our stay there were issues with the hot tub and heating the pool, they were fixed by the host, but not in time for us to have fully enjoyed it during our stay. The “bunk room” is the warmest room in the house, but luckily we did find fans that helped cool it down. The deck was perfect for morning yoga! We followed quiet hours and had no problems with neighbors. We even heard fireworks out on the lake on Saturday. Fun sighting, a baby fox by the pool! We highly recommend Lucy on the Lake!

The house is large and accomodated our stay well. The house is located on a "sloudh" it's like a finger cannal off the lake. It was nasty! Apparently the rain had pushed in a lot of algae. We did not get into the lake we spent all our time in the pool.Sharon took amazing care of us. The house had multiple problems (birds in a fireplace in the master, a water leak on the driveway) all of which she responded to quickly and graciously. We will not stay at this house again but we will gladly work with Sharon again to find us a better house.
