Lake LBJ is a constant-level lake! Enjoy the amazing views from this beautiful waterfront home - Lucy on the Lake LBJ. With newly added pool, this spacious home in a quiet neighborhood is ideal for multi-generational gatherings. With direct lake access, amenities, and close proximity to local attractions, this vacation home offers something for everyone. Kayak or boat to the main lake, fish off the boat dock, and enjoy sunsets while lounging on one of three outdoor living spaces. Marble Falls is just a short 10-minute drive away where you can enjoy local wines at two different tasting rooms, dining, shopping, and more. There are 2 public golf courses within 15 minutes of the house.

This updated mid-century modern home offers all the essentials for relaxing after a long day spent boating, tubing, fishing, golfing, and exploring the area. Return home and start up the grill for an evening BBQ!

THE INDOOR SPACE

The first floor offers views of the lake from the living room, dining room, and eat-in kitchen. The gourmet kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to prepare a great meal (except the groceries!) Or if you prefer to grill, there is a 5 burner grill ready for your use on the back patio just off the living area. Off the kitchen is a large game room, with a bar, ping pong table, foosball table, smart TV, and daybed with trundle. There is plenty of room to hang out and play games, watch a movie and enjoy complimentary popcorn and candy! There is also a large table in the kitchen that seats 8 and serves multi-purposes. The table can be used not only for eating but also for poker, puzzles, and board games.

The second floor offers views from both master bedrooms. There are 4 bedrooms - 2 master king suites with full en-suite bathrooms, 1 queen room with a desk workspace, and a bunk room with one set of twin bunk beds and one set of full bunk beds. In the hallway, there is an Instagram-able worthy wall welcoming you to Lucy on the Lake. Tag us at #LucyontheLakeLBJ and take home a complimentary bottle of local wine!

THE OUTDOOR SPACE

Outside is a large covered patio with a BBQ grill, wood deck (perfect for yoga), and huge raised deck above the jet ski ramp with amazing lake views. The is a pool and hot tub for relaxing. There are 3 kayaks and 2 paddle boards available for use. Life jackets are required on the lake, a few are provided. We suggest you bring your own life jackets, especially for children. The slip is available for 2 jet skis. Because we are at the end of the cove, the water is about 3 feet deep and not great for swimming. Just 200 feet and you have unlimited swimming in the main lake. There are jet ski rentals nearby. It is against HOA Rules to park trailers at the house. Trailer parking is available at LBJ Yacht Club for $15 a night, a 5-minute drive from the home.

This is a lovely property located in a great location. Beds were comfy. Pool and hot tub were great. 3 generations were able to fish off the dock and caught something with almost every cast. Looking forward to coming back!

Our family had a great trip . First time enjoying a Lake LBJ house . Host very responsive and helpful. The pool / spa was awesome for the kids. Fishing & kayaks were lots of fun . We had a retreat for our small company and it was PERFECT! There was a small problem when we checked in and the host was super responsive and fixed it immediately. The property is perfect for a retreat- big enough kitchen to all cook together. Nice large tables for work times. And plenty of fun things to do once the work is done. We are planning on having our Fall retreat here as well. I strongly recommend this property.

The property was very peaceful. The field next to the property was providing privacy as well as a serenity feeling. Hot tub was perfectly heated at the right temperature and the pool was very enjoyable. A very lovely property with lots of activities offered for kids all ages. With the paddle boards and kayaks outside plus the ping-pong table and fuss table inside the kids had a blast. Definitely a property to remember.

Overall the family was ok with this property. But many small issues make for a stressful long weekend vs the expected fun. Home is nice and generally clean. Nice it had two refrigerators. Game room was good for foosball. Ping pong. Dry bar nice except for many sugar ants. Location is good. Close to shops. On the lake but at the end of a canal, Water access is mucky and shallow even though lake was at good water level this 4 July weekend. We could not use the ski lift unit as it was too shallow / silted in. Seawall access is good but concrete with no fender made for scratching of jet ski. The neighboring lot yard sprinkler system water suction is laid on top of sea wall access ladder and makes the ladder hard to use. Cooperation and communication was good but we felt we had to hold back on the larger list if concerns to get key issues addressed soonest. After a while we just stopped sending input. That was AC unit not functioning well upstairs. And no shade at all on pool deck. This was addressed by reprogramming new NEST thermostat and running units constantly. And sending a new home and garden party quality umbrella that did not fit any existing stands (thus it would “fly away/break” easily as advised. AC system has an issue upstairs likely an imbalance and lacking of insulation / etc. owner placard ‘not to cool below 68 degrees or coils will freeze’ is a red flag issue is known but not addressed. Spend was not worth what we got overall.

During your stay over one of the hottest weekends of the year, our team responded promptly to your requests, including adjusting the thermostat settings to help the air conditioning maintain a comfortable temperature. The HVAC system is functioning as designed, even during periods of extreme Texas heat. While the home is situated on a canal, the open waters of Lake LBJ are just 100 feet away, offering deep water that's ideal for swimming, boating, and other lake activities. Water conditions within the canal can vary due to natural silt accumulation, which is outside of our control. We continuously invest in the home and appreciate guest feedback as we look for ways to improve the experience. We wish you and your family all the best and thank you for choosing to stay with us.
