Loved this wonderful cabin

We had an absolutely lovely stay. The hosts were fantastic, very easy to communicate with, and ensured everything was ready for us. The cabin is modern, clean, and has a fantastic view over the lake. Absolutely a super place to stay.

Beautiful cabin in a great location!

We absolutely loved our stay! It was by far the cleanest house we have ever rented. The cabin was true to the listing and reviews - everything you could need is provided. The beds were all very comfortable (: The host is very thorough and friendly. We would love to rent the cabin again!

Heavenly log cabin retreat

Eagle Ridge is our Annual Getaway

As with our previous stay last year, Eagle Ridge was an absolute delight! The home was a wonderful break for our group in such a beautiful area (made more beautiful by the snow) and it has everything you need. We love the hosts too, they are so quick to respond and so nice. We will definitely be returning!

Exceeded expectations ! I knew the home would be nice because the reviews were good however, I didn’t expect the absolutely spectacular views. The backyard area was nice with the grill and the fire pit. Everything was fantastic. I don’t think you could ask for anything more in a vacation rental.

Perfect Family Lake Getaway

Spent a few days here the week of Christmas with my family and we were so impressed with this beautiful home and property. Gorgeous views of Newfound Lake and surrounding mountains. Host (Jen) was super responsive throughout. The house was immaculate and well equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. We will be back for sure!

Amazing!

The pictures do not do this home justice! The views are unbelievable. The house has everything you could possibly need. The beds are super comfortable. My wife, 3 year old son and I had the best time staying here. The owners / managers were incredibly helpful. Loved the entire experience.

Wonderful stay at Eagle Ridge

Cannot say enough great things about this home. Very clean and cozy. There is a homey and warm feel as soon as you walk in the door . You can tell a lot of thought and love went into the building / decorating of this home. Well stocked kitchen. We had a very nice family dinner on the screened in porch where we also read, relaxed, enjoyed the surrounding peacefulness, listened to the sound of the loons in the morning and took in the incredible spectacular view of Newfound lake!

We had an amazing stay at Eagle Ridge! The home was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much Jen and Rob care about their guests. There were so many thoughtful touches throughout the house—a comprehensive binder with house information, clearly labeled instructions, tissues and coasters on the bedside tables, toiletries, extra blankets and pillows, plenty of towels, a well-stocked kitchen, and everything was impeccably clean.We especially enjoyed having our meals on the screened porch and spending time on the patio—sipping coffee in the morning and relaxing by the fire with a drink in the evening. The views were absolutely postcard-worthy and made it hard to leave.Jen and Rob provided excellent communication before and during our stay, with clear check-in and check-out instructions that made everything seamless. We would not hesitate to stay at Eagle Ridge again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway on Newfound Lake.

What an amazing property that is designed for a relaxing and comfortable stay! The Reardons thought of everything in setting up this beautiful home. Lots of games, screened in porch, super comfortable beds, toiletries, luxurious towels….the list goes on and on! I definitely recommend this cabin and we will for sure be back too!

My wife, our 3 teenagers, and I had a wonderful stay at this cabin. Jen (host) was very accessible and accommodating. This is a new property, so everything looked new and we had no issues. Cabin was decorated well. The views were great. It is very comfortable. Thank you!

Eagle Ridge was custom built in 2020 and has been featured in Log Home Living Magazine. Every detail was thoughtfully designed to create the warmth and character of a true New Hampshire log home while providing the comforts of a luxury vacation rental.

Inside, you will find hickory hardwood floors, knotty hickory cabinetry, quartz countertops and rustic lighting and finishes throughout. The home is fully equipped with quality linens, towels, cookware, dishes and everything you need to settle in and enjoy your stay.

Outside, relax in the private hot tub overlooking Newfound Lake, gather around the fire pit or simply enjoy the incredible lake and mountain views from the property. A whole house generator provides additional peace of mind during every season.

We also decorate Eagle Ridge for the holidays, making the log home especially memorable during the Christmas season.

Guests wishing to use the outdoor fire pit should bring their own firewood and lighter. Firewood must remain outside the home.

Eagle Ridge offers a peaceful, private setting surrounded by the natural beauty of New Hampshire. Enjoy the sounds of birds from the nearby Audubon sanctuary and hiking trails just .3 miles away. Newfound Lake is less than 1/2 mile from the home, and a beach parking sticker is included for our guests.

A few important things to know before booking:
Eagle Ridge accommodates a maximum of 6 registered guests. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Animals, smoking, parties and events are not permitted.

For the protection of our hardwood floors, skis, ski boots and crampons must remain outside the living areas. We also ask that guests remove their shoes when entering the home.

Prior to arrival, guests are required to complete our rental agreement and hot tub acknowledgment and provide the names and addresses of all registered guests.

Exterior security cameras are located on the property for security purposes. There are no cameras inside the home or in private guest areas.

Failure to follow the occupancy requirements or house rules may result in termination of the reservation without refund.
