Marco Beach Ocean Resort Suite 608

Suite 608 at the Marco Beach Ocean Resort is a privately owned one-bedroom condo located within Marco Island's most luxurious boutique beachfront resort.

Unit 608 has a west-facing balcony overlooking the pool area with a delightful view of Marco's incredible sunsets. This condo features a king-sized bed in the bedroom and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. Each room has its own TV. A full-sized oven, cook top, microwave and under-counter refrigerator.. The kitchenette, which is also stocked with cookware, bake ware, dishes, glasses, utensils, blender, toaster, and a Keurig coffee maker.

The bathroom includes a soaking tub, separate shower and a double vanity.

Note, the refrigerator is small and does not have a separate freezer or ice-maker. There are ice machines in the hallway that you are welcome to use.

Step out to the Poolside Bar for sandwiches, salads and beverages – don't miss the 2 for 1 Happy Hour from 4:30-6PM!

Visit the Beachfront Grill for casual lunch near the sand.

When it is dinnertime, Sal E Pepe provides an elegant beachfront Italian dining experience with excellent food and a lively lounge scene for cocktails and conversation.

As the rental guests of a private owner, the following hotel services are not included:

Beach chair and towel service. The condo has beach towels and chairs for you to bring down. You do have access to all pool area amenities including chairs and towels.

Perfect Beach Retreat

Amazing Place to Stay!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful property! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen had all the essentials, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and we loved having our morning coffee out on the lanai with that peaceful view.The location couldn’t have been better – just minutes from the beach, great restaurants, and local shops. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and convenience.We’re already dreaming about our next trip back. Highly recommend this gem if you’re looking for a relaxing escape in Marco Island!

We enjoyed our stay, even though the weather was not that good. Not much sun and high of 71. Snooks bar, Sunset grill, Crabby Lady, and the Little Bar and Restaurant were our favorite places. We also did a 2 hour dolphin and shelling tour. Good time

Beautiful Location

We stayed here for our 35th wedding anniversary. Check in was easy and we loved the location, shopping and eating were walking distance.There were a few things that could be updated in the unit, but nothing that would prevent us from staying there again. We loved to sit on the patio but heard construction work next door, this was out of owners control and is a temporary issue. We also really liked that we could park in the covered parking garage. We would definitely stay there again.

Everything about the property was excellent. Only issue was the posting. It was online as 399.00 a night but that was changed to 500.00 a night when I booked. Still enjoyed property and location. Hope to stay again next year in same room

Beautiful beach and restaurant on property. Friendly staff

The beach, restaurant, and staff were awesome. Our particular unit was a bit tired. Carpet was quite dirty and stained. Be prepared to make your own coffee. No on site breakfast. Ocean front room, no ocean view from this unit. View was of pool. Was wonderful to have beach chairs, cart and umbrella supplied!

Nice but small unit

This unit was fine for my daughter and me; however, like other comments I think the first / main picture is misleading as I'm not sure where it was taken but definitely not in the unit. The unit is a bit tired including carpet needs replaced. It is very small including the bedroom is difficult to maneuver around the king size bed but it was fine for our stay as we didn't need to cook or spend much time in the unit. The pool and beach areas are very nice. We ate in the Italian restaurant and while expensive, it was very good!

Disappointed View

As a fellow VRBO owner I write this review with a heavy heart. The check-in process lacked the detail of checking-in with the front desk. The room was not cleaned upon our 6 pm arrival. The accommodations were very comfortable but the views were NOT as described or pictured. The pool is on the 5th floor and our room was on the 6th. The Gulf of Mexico could not be seen from our patio. One needs to be at least 4 floors higher to see the pool and beach. Needless to say, we were disappointed in the location of the room. We really enjoyed exploring Marco Island!

Loved Marco Island. Sink in bathroom very slow draining. Lights burned out in bathroom. Lots of towels. Not enough blankets for king bed. Carpet dirty. Notified property mgr of clogged sink and lights burned out. Also asked for copy of check out items and no response to anything. However beach chairs and umbrella provided daily at no charge. White sand does not get hot so easy to walk on. Beach is wonderful but take swim shoes. Sand is full of shells and hard to walk on.

No ocean view

Our understanding was this room had a pool/ocean view on the beach. There was no ocean view and the pool was barely visible. The description on your sight was not what we experienced. The spa floor was shut down and not in use. Our room was dirty when we arrived. The checkin people did not have our name. I called Mr. Zander at 2:30 and left a message. We were not allowed another room or cancellation according to Berkshire. Our unit had a broken toilet valve, the tub did not hold water and the pool had loud boom box music. Mr Zander returned my call at 8:30pm and basically told me I was just complaining. He hung up on my husband. We will not use any of his listing again or VRBO. We had no one to contact who could help us cancel before we used room. The price was more expensive then if we would have went direct through the resort. Please refund my security deposit and I believe we should not be fully charged for our stay.
