Sun Kissed Palms: Newly remodeled, Private Pool, Close to Beach!

This post Ian newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood at the north end of the island! Sun Kissed Palms is located a short walk from all the popular restaurants - Margaritaville Resort, Lani Kai, Beach Bar and the Tiki Bar - as well as Time Square and just one block to the pristine white sands of Fort Myers Beach. The home is modernly decorated and features a great outdoor space for gathering in the backyard and taking in the Florida sunshine along with the private heated pool with a large splashpad for lounging! Guests can either barbeque at home or take a walk down Estero Blvd.

This upstairs unit features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it perfect for many different parties! We have a king bed in the first bedroom with a standing tub and shower bathroom just steps from the bedroom and the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with a newly remodeled en suite bathroom with a washer and dryer unit. Additionally, there is also a convertible couch in the den area that converts to a queen size bed. High speed Wi-Fi internet is provided and each room features a tv.

Also provided are many items such as beach toys, beach towels, beach wagon, rolling cooler, beach chairs, and iron/board. Sun Kissed Palms is managed by our family in order to offer better rates and service to our guests.

If you are looking for more space for a larger group, the entire house (2 bed/2 bath upstairs and 2 bed/2 bath downstairs - sleeps 8 adults comfortably) is available for rent June through Sept. Send an inquiry for rates!

*Please note: this is the upstairs unit with no ground floor access.

Sun Kissed Palms was a great stay. Easy access to the beach and a number of shops and eating establishments. The property was clean and well appointed with everything we needed. The pool and patio were great.I will definitely book this property again when returning to FMB.

Everything was just as stated, all the amenities you could ever want or need were there. The owner even stopped to see us and was very welcoming. I would highly recommend this place as a great place to stay. It was very close to the beach and downtown.

This was the perfect place and perfect location for our small family. The owner had the property stocked with everything we needed and more. You can tell she put a lot of thought into her rental. She was also extremely accommodating when we needed some adjustments to check out. We will likely be back. We hope she continues to have good renters who do not take advantage of her thoughtfulness.

Beautiful House and Super Clean and Accommodating

My family stayed in this house for a week. It was perfect. Clean, comfortable, accommodating and everything in between. Everything you need for your stay. Chris, the host, was the best. Responsive and concerned about making the stay easy and comfortable for my family. The location is also great. Easy walk to the beach and downtown restaurants and shops!

Sun Kissed Palms is a beautifully presented property that suited our family group perfectly. The house is spotlessly clean, extremely well fitted out with lovely personal touches that make it feel homely. Chris and Tracey are great hosts - we felt we arrived as guests and left as friends. Communication was easy with any queries being answered swiftly.The location is perfect - so near to the beach and easy walking distance to many restaurants and bars. The pool is great, gets the sun all day and has plenty of chairs and sun loungersWe had a great time and were sad to leave.

Excellent Stay!!

I can not say enough good about this place! It’s a 5 star PLUS!! Chris was soo prompt to respond to my emails and texts and wonderful to work with!! Her Condo is fantastic!!Its absolutely Pristine! Soo clean and well appointed! Exactly as the pictures and description portrayed! The location is ideal.. a 5 minute walk/bike ride from the beach. Close to EVERYTHING but in a residential neighborhood so it was quiet. Didn’t rent a car and didn’t need a car. Tons of restaurants within walking distance. The beach was beautiful!! Everything in the condo is new and clean! The beds were comfortable. Lots of closet space.. 2 full bathrooms! There were 4 of us and we all felt like we had lots of space. The front deck faces the sunrise and is peaceful in the morning. I drank my coffee there every day!! The check in process was soo easy and Chris made sure our stay was a success! You will not be disappointed!! We will definitely be back!!

Perfect location for your visit to FMB

House and location was just as advertised. Beach, restaurants and Time Square were all within walking distance. Home is clean and nicely stocked with everything needed to enjoy your stay. Lovely place in a Great Location.

This property was located just 3 doors away from the main street. It was exactly the location we wanted. This place is VERY well stocked with utensils and cookware! Light switches were labeled and all appliances were nice & in working order. She even included garbage bags and dishwasher tablets. Chris was a dream to work with. Check in & out was simple! We would definitely stay here again!
