Unfortunately this house was not what was pictured. There was multiple issues including dirty floors, bathrooms and furniture. There was also multiple broken things including a ceiling fan, doors, and bed frames.we did not end up staying at the property. The only good thing was the Avant host was super responsive and tried to help us find another place. It just didnt work out.

The location & size/room was very good for our large group of 18. Really enjoyed the hot tub & gazebo in the back yard. Carpets & tile floors needed cleaned, and no cleaning supplies for us to wipe up floors. Some windows weren’t able to be opened so those rooms were very warm. A couple of bedrooms not as represented on site.

Very nice property about a mile walk from the center of Breckenridge. Well appointed, comfortable, in a nice neighborhood. Could use some carpet cleaning and a few minor repairs.

We loved this property. We had plenty of room for our large group.

The place was in a great location. The place was clean and had every kitchen utensil that you could need. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely come back.

This house is very conveniently located. The free shuttle stop is steps away from the front door. It is in walking distance to trails and the Epic Discovery park. The hot tub was great and we saw a black bear and moose in the early morning walk through the property which was fun for the kids in the hot tub! It is well equipped for a family with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. There are 2 baby gates, which was a nice surprise. There are 2 sets of stairs, so we just closed the doors to the back set, and used the gates on the main set. Unfortunately, the WiFi is REALLY BAD, and if anyone is needing to work remotely, they will need their own hotspot. This also meant the phones and TVs didn’t work well either. Also, the house is needing some maintenance- some windows don’t work, some of the shades are broken or missing, the area rug in the main suite shed all over our clothes, and there were minor repairs needed throughout the house. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and we would stay there again.

A black bear and a moose spotted from the hot tub is the kind of morning the kids will be talking about for years! Spacious, well-equipped home in the mountains

I stayed here with 15 friends and family for 4 nights and this house had the perfect amount of space for everyone. We enjoyed the fire pit under the gazebo and the hot tub. AvantStay was also very responsive when I had questions about the property. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house for our family

We had all our children and grandchildren ranging n age 1 to 18. Everyone had a place to sleep and easy access to bathrooms. Plenty of space in kitchen, dining room and living area to have family meals. We enjoyed our stay.

This is a great house for a large family! Everything was very handy and the town is close. The only negatives were that not all the bedrooms windows would open… need repairs. The furniture was a bit worn as was the carpet, but to be expected with a house used for larger families. Overall a great experience!!

Amazing family home

This was a huge 8 bedroom house. There was lots of room for everyone. There was a really nice outdoor area. And a fun game room in the basement. It is located right above Breckenridge and very close to the gondola. I highly recommend this home for a big group.

Great, large house with perfect location

Nice place

We enjoyed our stay. House was dated a bit but clean and comfortable. One of our biggest issues were quite a few of the windows couldn’t open or the knobs were broken off and one of the bedrooms water faucets wouldn’t work. Other than that, we had a wonderful time and we even saw a moose for a wonderful end to our trip.

It was perfect for our needs. We had 20 guests who stayed. Had a little trouble getting into the unit as there were 2 locks on the garage door. Only one worked so a little confusion there. Everyone had a good time and had no complaints. We made use of the hot tub which was really nice. Kids enjoyed the movie room and playing on the grounds. It couldn’t have been any better!
