House was great for our group.pros: House was clean, kitchen has what you need, gas grill directly hooked up to houses gas line, great communication, easy check in/out. Close to food/ golf and hiking. Pool was warm, nice pool table, internet was fast despite 19 people connected. Only one hot tub was working upon arrival (5ppl max) and was inside…connected to the swim spa that you can’t use…read the listings fine print.by

We had our annual Memorial Day retreat with 6 families at this beautiful house. The house was very clean and spacious with plenty of en-suite bathrooms, which was very important for families with kids. It rained the weekend that we were there, but we were still able to use the hot tub and sauna. The game area and movie theater were also hits. The kitchen was very well stocked. Most of the bedrooms also had a jacuzzi tub, which was a huge plus. The rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. The host was very responsive when we had questions. We all enjoyed our stay here and look forward to returning in the future.

nice, large home perfect for big groups! We had our family here to celebrate Christmas and there was space for everyone! The kids enjoyed the basement with games and the movie room, the adults enjoyed the large table to play dominoes, and there were several quiet spots for those who wanted to be alone to cuddle up with a book. The best amenity was the numerous bathrooms for everyone!

Perfect house for a large group

Had a great time at this house with a group of 27. Plenty of sleeping space and the amenities were great - several large TVs, pool table, hot tub, sauna, fire pit, etc. This is the perfect house for a large group and we are already talking about renting it again next year, I highly recommend.

Great spot for a weekend away with friends

The property was perfect for a weekend away with a large group of friends. The sauna was HUGE and a highlight of the weekend, and the rooms were comfortable and fit 25 of us well. Check-in and check-out process was easy, and there was plenty of room for multiple cars. Overall very happy with the property!!

Perfect place for a large group!

We had a fantastic family reunion at the house. The weather was horrible, so we didn’t leave the house for 3 days. We were 17 people and the house never felt crowded. Plenty to do for everyone. The owner was extremely responsive from booking through our stay.

Perfect for large group or family!

The house was perfect for our family ranging in age from 2 1/2 to 75! The kitchen was well-stocked and most areas were clean and inviting.. Most in our group have expressed that they’d like to return! This has happened only once before in our 20 years of family vacations!

Great place, definitley thinking of doing again

I would have given this a 4.5 if that was a choice. Only issues were minor so not perfect but very close. Inside the house was very clean with everything we needed. Size and amenities were as reported or better. Definitely perfect house for a family get together with lots to do.

What a great time! We had 12 adults 3 kids. So much room. We swam everyday.we used the theatre room 3 nights! We love having rooms for everyone and plenty of bathrooms. The ate on the deck every day! Great great time!

Enjoyable

We had a great time. There were some things that could use updating or directions on how to use. There was plenty of room for everyone and we didn’t feel crowded (19 people). The biggest hit was the pool and water slide. We also enjoyed the fire pit and seeing deer and frogs.

Awesome place!

I hosted my daughters Bachelorette weekend here.. All 17 of us had an amazing time.. so many bedrooms with baths that it made it extra comfortable for my quests… The pool, game room & hot tub were a big hit… Having a large table to fit everyone comfortably was a big plus since we had bachelorette dinners, lunches & brunches planned… The kitchen had everything we needed too.. I found everything to be clean, spacious & in order.. i highly recommend.

Great Space for Our Large Group

This house had plenty of space for our large group. Plenty of bedrooms and restrooms and places to congregate. The pool are made it seem like a resort. We spent a lot of time there. There's a lot of hiking trails around the area and enough towns close by to enjoy shopping and eating out. The place was in need of some minor maintenance/upkeep, but nothing that prevented us from enjoying our stay. I would recommend this property for large groups.

Perfect 40th Birthday getaway

Loved this house. We planned a little weekend getaway with some friends to celebrate our 40th. There was plenty of room for 7 couples. We all had king or queen beds and more than enough room to spread out when we wanted. The large open kitchen was well equipped so we could all be together for meals. The sauna was amazing. The house was clean and the manager was easy to get in touch with for any questions we had durning our stay.
