Remarkable house of the 16th century, renovated (2025), in the heart of the Bastide de Bretenoux, medieval village of the Lot.

The house develops 130m2 and consists of a large bright and friendly living room with on the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen, table for 8 people, living room with leather sofas, LED TV, internet, office area

On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms of 20m2, one with its bathroom and the second with its private bathroom (in the bedroom)

On the 2nd floor: 2 large bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.

Close to the Cère River and a park, this townhouse, without a garden, is located in a quiet street a stone's throw from shops, bars and restaurants.

Excellent pieds à terre to visit Quercy, the padirac chasm, Rocamadour, and the "most beautiful villages in France" Collonges-la-Rouge, Turenne, Loubressac, Autoire, Carennac, Beaulieu/Dordogne, Curemonte. And sail on the Dordogne.

Gite tresbien situé dans un bel endroit tres calmeAttention l escalier n est pas facile pour personnes âgées ou avec difficultés. Sinon les chambres sont agréables .

Les escaliers bois ont été vendus et installés par Gedimat, qui est une enseigne nationale, les marches sont conformes aux règles de l’art. Seuls les seuils ont 2cms de plus mais toujours dans la tolérance admissible car ce sont des produits standards. L’annonce ne cache pas que les chambres sont à l’étage 1 et 2 et lorsque nous avions échangé, préalablement à votre séjour, vous m’aviez dit que seul un couple pouvais avoir des difficultés. Cette maison de ville à étages ne correspondait sans doute pas à vos besoins. Cela est dommageable pour un des premier avis et la seconde location.

Week end familial dans le Lot

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille dans ce logement au cœur de la ville médiéval de Bretenoux et à moins de 30 min de la plupart des plus beaux villages de la région. Chambres spacieuses avec salles de bain offrant de l’intimité à tous.
