The kitchen is fully equipped with a radio, cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Cutlery and crockery are of course included.

The flat is equipped with WLAN, a Blu-Ray player and two televisions for entertainment and comfort. In addition, the bedroom windows are fitted with insect screens to ensure quiet nights without disturbance.

In the basement of the villa there are additional amenities such as a coin-operated washing machine and a lockable bicycle storage room. Conveniently, a bicycle ramp facilitates access to the basement stairs.
