The holiday house Rasser in Rauris is located in the beautiful Forsterbach valley in the Salzburg region at 1,200 m above sea level surrounded by the Rauris mountains.
In our house you can leave everyday life behind, feel the nature intensely and experience an unforgettable vacation.

Two large sun terraces and a wonderful garden (fenced) invite you to enjoy the fresh mountain air or the sun rays.

Throughout the house, water is supplied by our in-house fresh water source with drinking water quality.

The house has two floors and was renovated in 2016 with great attention to detail. It has 90 m² and is suitable for 6 people.

On the ground floor there is a large, bright and open living room with a kitchen that is fully equipped (oven, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster), a dining area for 6 people, access to the balcony and terrace, sofa and Danish oven with sight glass (Wood included), flat screen TV, internet access (WiFi included), exposed roof structure. A bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. A bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and underfloor heating. Entrance hall with cloakroom.

In the basement there is a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, wardrobe and sink. A single room with shower and toilet.
Washing machine (free use)

Outside there are two terraces (east side and south side) with garden furniture and parasol.
For cozy barbecues in summer we have a brick charcoal grill in the garden.

The garden is completely fenced and there is parking for 3 cars.

Hand and bath towels as well as bed linen are provided for a fee.

The access to the house is via a 1 km mountain road, the last 500 m climb (24%).
Winter tires, all-wheel drive and snow chains required.

Experience numerous activities in our region in summer, such as hiking, mountaineering or cycling.
In winter, Rauris is a wonderful place for skiing, cross-country skiing, ski touring, tobogganing and snowshoeing.
