Best View in town
We were a few friends and had an incredible stay. The view from the house is MAGICAL. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Perfect location. We will certainly be back soon. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a few issues during our stay, things that could have been avoiding
No gaz in the tank , we had to wait over 2 hours for it to be filled and we had no water twice during our stay.

Hi Rosa, Well you not the person that stayed in this Villa, so the problem was not like you say, you forgot to mention all the help that the client needed, take out food (didn't had cash to pay), massages in the last minute, delivery from the super when they didn't had cash to pay. I think it is normal in any house that the Cylinder of the Gas finish, in the same moment the client advise me, I changed, he receive super fast service. About the Water Situation we live in Costa Rica ,Santa Teresa is Jungle life sometimes there is power outages and water can be a big problem and out of our hand when the power is down. In the second time the client didn't wait for 2 hours, he wait 1/2 hour and we fixed the problem! We are Seataya Villa bring amazing experience to our clients and sometimes we will have a bloomer, but the experience is abut the fast service and the little things that this Villa provide!
