Upon your arrival, you will be immediately seduced by the charm of this stone house, carefully renovated. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the house gives you optimal comfort. Its living room, bathed in light thanks to large openings, offers direct access to the terrace. Ideal for enjoying meals while admiring the beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. As for its location, it is ideal for enjoying the tranquility of the place while being not far from the Côte de Goëlo and the Bay of St Brieuc. About twenty kilometers away, you will easily reach the seaside resorts of Binic, Etables sur Mer, St Quay Portrieux, Plérin. Enjoy the salty air and taste the charm of these cities, with their fishing and marina ports without forgetting their fine sandy beaches. 40 km away, do not forget to visit Paimpol and the Island of Bréhat. Further inland, discover the small characterful towns of Chatelaudren 8 km or Quintin 9 km. House ideally located to enjoy the relaxing setting of the countryside while being close to the Côte de Goëlo and the Bay of St Brieuc. It can be booked on an all-inclusive basis, by the week or for a few nights.
