Situé dans une résidence privée et sécurisée de la Grande Plage, cet appartement a été réaménagé par ses propriétaires. Son accès menant à la mer est agréable en toutes saisons. Depuis le balcon, au 2ème étage, la vue sur l'océan est légère, derrière la dune de la Garenne. La pièce principale, composée d'un coin salon et d'une cuisine équipée, fonctionnelle, est lumineuse. Côté nuit, 2 chambres sont indépendantes et l'une d'elle aura assez de place pour y installer un lit bébé. Une place de parking privée et un local à vélos en commun seront à votre disposition, en sous sol de la résidence.
