This 2-Year Old Duplex is located in Poncha Springs, Colorado. It is less than 20 minutes from Monarch Mountain, 5 minutes from Salida and the Arkansas River. The home still seems new and has amazing mountain views. It has 3 spacious bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms. There is a TV located in every room. It has a tankless water heater. A full size washer/dryer. Porches front and back with seating. Balcony with seating off one of upstairs bedrooms. Picnic Table in backyard for outdoor meals. It comfortably sleeps 10.

Perfect location for skiing Monarch

Beautiful and clean home that made our stay with friends a wonderful experience. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us. Close drive to Monarch ski resort. Host replied to any questions in a very timely manner. Will rent again when back in town for an extended stay. Thank you.

Comfortable family vacation spot

We were there for a family Thanksgiving vacation. Very clean and comfortable with many thoughtful extras. Well stocked kitchen and spacious dining area. We had a little trouble checking in as code didn't work, but owners responded in about half an hour with new code. Oven didn't work that well but otherwise very pleased.
