Traveled to Salida for a wedding. This rental was quiet with plenty of room to spread out. It is close to everything - 3 minutes to the fun in Salida. The unit is well equipped with what you need. Owner communication was great. Thank you!

My family and I had a great stay at this lovely 2 story townhome. It was clean and the hosts were very good about communicating. They have put a lot of love into the place. We love the area/neighborhood in Poncha Springs as a base camp for adventures in the Arkansas River valley. I highly recommend staying at this place.

Great base camp for Monarch!

We had a fabulous stay. Nice touches included a guest basket with snacks and some extra toiletries. House was very clean. It’s a nice layout for larger groups too! We’d stay here again.
