Eine Wohnung ohne jeglichen Charme, nackte weiße Wände und Mobiliar das einen verbrauchten Eindruck macht. Selbst Deckenleuchten sind einfach nur Leuchtmittel - wie man sie bei einem Umzug an die Decke hängt um noch etwas zu sehen. Alles sehr kalt und unfreundlich. Mono - Klimaanlage und Heizung haben wir nicht benutzt. TV ist ohne Funktion. Keine Gesschirr - Tücher zum abtrocknen da. Tote Insekten an den Wänden und den Decken. Spinnweben in den Ecken. Sofa im Wohnbereich mit großflächigen Verschmutzungen. Besen, Wischmopp und Wäsche - Ständer sind einfach auf dem Balkon in einer Ecke abgestellt, sehr unschön. Fenster sind auch längere Zeit nicht mehr geputzt worden. Eine separate Toilette ohne Waschbecken - also mit schmutzigen Fingern Toilette verlassen, über den Flur in ein Schlafzimmer, hier in ein Duschbad und da kann man endlich die Finger waschen. Einfach unhygienisch. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Zugang zur Metro sind gut / in der Nähe. Ich werde diese Wohnung nicht mehr buchen. Es ist einfach enttaüschend.
