This apartment was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. Right on the transit line, easy to access all of Paris. The apartment was clean, quiet, comfortable and laundry! The apartment has the cutest balcony overlooking a quiet street and one of the best pastry shops right out the front door. We felt safe and comfortable, a perfect apartment for visiting Paris.

Quaint stay outside of Paris

Lovely apartment right off the 8 line. Quickly able to get to and from the city. Market, bakery, and cafe close by. Would have loved to stay longer! This is a three bedroom (2 rooms with beds and one with a pullout sofa) 2 shower rooms and a toilet room. (Not the standard American 2bath but sufficient for our table group) There is a washer/dryer combo unit in one of the shower rooms, but it takes quite some time to wash/dry a load. (And slight training from the host.) it was a nice amenity but would have been nicer if a manual or instructions were readily available.

Pros:Fantastic location per description; easy to drive to (off A4 & Périphérique).Quiet at night.Arrival instructions perfect & easy to follow.Furnishings and fitments all to a very high standard and quite new.Cleanliness in general.Dishwasher a big plus.Comfortable beds.Excellent showers, plenty of hot water.Plenty of consumable items, e.g. for cleaning and for cooking (flour, salt, oil).Easy to use washing machine with 15' programme.Blackout bedroom shutters.Tasteful artwork, lounge rug, quirky lighting.Large bright rooms, plenty of storage.Efficient and friendly communication with owner.Cons:Considerable lack of kitchen equipment, for cooks and foodies it's nowhere near "fully fitted" per property description, e.g. not even any wine glasses, salad spinner, cafetière, but all these provided on request. I didn't see a lemon squeezer, grater, garlic press, can opener or peeler. There's only one saucepan and a large casserole pan (hob only), no toaster, blender or many other what I would consider necessities.No spare linens.Dirty washing machine soap drawer.Charge for parking.

Wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie in der Anzeige beschrieben und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Wohnanlage mit sicherem Zugang. Der Parkplatz im unter der Wohnanlage befindlichen Tiefgarage ist ideal, denn man kommt direkt mit dem Aufzug in die 1. Etage, auf der sich die Wohnung befindet.In direkter Nähe der Wohnanlage ist ein wunderbarer Bäcker (Boulangerie Fred) und direkt davor die U-Bahn Station Liberté. Mit der Linie 8 ist man ohne Umstieg nach 20-25 Minuten an der Station Opéra. Bistros und ein Einkaufszentrum sind fußläufig in direkter Nähe. Mit den Bussen 109 und 111 vor der Tür gelangt man in kurzer Zeit zu der Haltestelle Terroir de France, die nahe am Cour St. Emilion (Restaurants, kleine Geschäfte) liegt mit Anschluss an die Métro der Linie 14.Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub und wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.Besonders sehenswert ist samstags der Markt in der Markthalle in Charenton, eine Metrostation von Liberté entfernt.

Très bon emplacement

Nous étions un groupe de six amies nous avons passées trois jours dans l'appartement, il est spacieux, il y a deux salles de bain ce qui était très utile pour nous comme nous avions le train en même temps le jour du départ. L'appartement est propre et très bien situé puisqu'on est en 5 minutes au bois de Vincennes et le métro est devant l'immeuble, il y a des restos à proximité et il y aussi un supermarché directement derrière. La communication avec Maria était top, elle répond très rapidement et elle est très sympa. Nous recommandons cet hébergement.
