Bathroom with shower / WC and washer and dryer for a fee. Lovingly furnished living room with dining area, sofa bed and 2 armchairs. The large flat screen TV, player and free Wi-Fi provide entertainment for all ages. The superbly equipped open plan kitchen offers everything for a common breakfast, lunch and dinner with the whole family .. On the living area and bedroom adjacent southwest balcony. 1 parking space is available free of charge. In the main season only connecting bookings possible, see occupancy plan !!
The house Windrose 2 was completely renovated in 2019 and is located in a central location of the seaside resort Binz. The 4 apartments are furnished with great attention to detail and have living space to about 58m ². The great location advantage lies in the short walking distance of the Schmachter lake. It offers quiet park benches, a children's playground and lots of nature. On foot, just a few steps away, you have good shopping, varied gastronomy and the beautiful beach promenade of Binz with its sophisticated spa and the pier.
