The house Volksbank was rebuilt at the turn of the millennium and is located in the center of the old town. The bright, in the 2. Upstairs holiday apartments is perfect for a beach holiday. The beach is about 150 meters away. Only a few steps away is the main shopping street of Binz, which invites you for a little shopping. All shops and restaurants are within walking distance. A parking space is available in the nearby car park. In the high season only connection bookings are possible, see occupancy plan !!
Apartment 9:
The apartment on the 2nd floor is tastefully furnished with every comfort. In the living room integrated kitchenette with 2-plate stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and various small appliances. Lovingly furnished living room with dining area, sofa (as extra bed for 2 more people possible), TV, radio and CD player. In addition to the living room there is a separate bedroom, hallway, a bathroom with vanity, shower, toilet and a storeroom. You will also find in the living room TV and radio / CD player. Fahrradunterstellmöglichkeit for all guests in the closed cellar available. A parking space is available in the nearby parking garage.
Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 17:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.

Das Appartement war sehr sauber, war alles vorhanden wie beschrieben.Die Kaffeemaschine könnte mal erneuert werden da bekommt man den Filter, den man mit Knopfdruck aufmachen muss, nur sehr schwer auf.Die Lage des Appartement war super war alles fussläufig erreichbar.

Fewo praktisch und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Preis-Leistung i. O. Machte einen sauberen Eindruck, außer im Bad. Uringeruch beim Betreten der Wohnung bereits wahrnehmbar, da Badtür offen stand. Scheinbar gängiges Problem, da diverse Raumsprays im Bad hinterlegt. Daher nur 3 Sterne.
