Large living room with skylight and French doors opening onto a terrace. Air conditioning throughout the house (living room + bedrooms). All bedrooms have outdoor access. The accommodations are ideal for families! (But be careful with children under 8 years old due to the rooftop terrace and swimming pool.) Large air-conditioned lounge area with an extra-large sofa. 3 bedrooms with beds. Double rooms: First floor: 1 air-conditioned bedroom opening onto a terrace + a shower room and WC. Upstairs: 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own rooftop terrace or balcony. 1 upstairs bathroom (bathtub + shower + WC). Ceiling fan and air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms. Electric shutters, including an electric shutter on the living room's glass roof. Outside: Large terrace with a covered summer kitchen (barbecue, sink, refrigerator, griddle). 4 x 8 m swimming pool which can be protected by suitable safety nets, but Nothing replaces adult supervision!!
