Nestled in a small beach community, it is perfectly situated in nature and the beauty of its surroundings but centrally located as it is only minutes by car to local beaches, restaurants and shops. You’ll love the cozy, inviting feel; and the authentic vibe!
This warm and inviting home has 2 bedrooms on the main floor, a KIng bedroom with a view over the water and a queen bedroom. A third bedroom on the lower level with 2 twin beds where you can also see some water. The floor plan is open and welcoming and the views are just breathtaking! The deck expands the length of the house and is a wonderful spot to watch the sea and the incredible sunsets.

Perfect place for a family gathering

Loved staying at this property! It provided the perfect environment and space for our Thanksgiving dinner and family time. Everything was clean and so cozy! Response time from the host was almost immediate and anddressed our every need.

Great Weekend Pre-Cruise

My family (4 Adults 2 Children) had a wonderful stay. Views were fantastic. House was clean—beds were very comfortable. Amenities in house were top notch. Check in was super easy. Hot tub was a lovely feature that was so nice. Thank you for a great time!!

Excellent stay in quaint house with view of the sound

The property was clean and well-updated, with all amenities needed (even laundry detergent, etc.). We stayed there while visiting family, convenient to airport, 30 min to Seattle, less than an hour to tacoma, great location. Owner very responsive, helpful. Nice linens, etc. thank you for the great stay!

Great Girls Trip Location!

Three friends flew in from California, and their departing flights were painfully early. We needed a spot with ample space, easy access to SEA-TAC, and a relaxing vibe. This house was perfect! Throughout the weekend, we commented on how the home was organized and stocked to meet our every need. I've already recommended this to family and friends who need to host out-of-state visitors but need to stick near the airport.

It was absolutely amazing! Ruth was so welcoming and responded quickly to any questions and requests. It has 5-star amenities. Towels, slippers, wine, chocolate, coffee, huge selections of tea, wrapped cutleries, you name it! I loved this place and would love to come back during the summer for a barbecue on the deck overlooking the beach. This place is even more amazing than its photos!!!!

Great location on the sound and to explore Seattle and Mt Rainer.

This home is beautiful and immaculate with great views and tastefully renovated. We used this home as our base to explore Mt Rainer and Seattle for a few days. The owners Stephanie and Anthony along with Ruth the manager were very attentive to our needs. The wine and ac were very welcoming since it was unusually warm the few days we were there. Sitting on the deck lisnterning to the sound was very relaxing. This property is conveniently close to the airport. We would highly recommend.

Stunning View! Cozy home!

We had such a wonderful stay at the Sound View House. The house was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Safeway grocery store was just a few minutes away which made it easy and convenient to pick up groceries. But our favorite part was the view! It was so much more stunning than we had expected. We loved sitting on the deck in the evening and watching the sun set! The host was very communicative and made checking in a breeze! We would definitely stay here again!
