Louée Comme logement adapté, l accÚs aux douches ( marche de 20 cm) pour accéder aux 2 cabines)ainsi qu' aux toilettes ( l une passage trop étroit en fauteuil roulant l autre marche de 20 cm et absence de barre pour se tenir )sont impossibles pour personnes à mobilité réduite. Sinon, tout était bien. Calme. Bien situé par rapport à la mer, par rapport aux commerces

La maison est grande et idéalement située dans Merville proche de la plage. Elle est dans un quartier agréable et dispose d'un extérieur sympathique. Néanmoins, la maison est à rénover, beaucoup d'équipements vétustes (douche de camping, sanitaires...) et nous avons trouvé la maison trÚs sale à notre arrivée : poils dans la douche, sols collants et poussiéreux... Au prix payé on peut s'attendre à des prestations plus qualitatives...

Maison bien placée A revoir le ménage car pas propre à l'arrivée et la douche avec la poignet cassée Maison spacieuse avec tout le confort il serait cependant judicieux de rajouter un peu plus de vaisselle pour une maison pour accueillir 6 personnes Je recommande vivement cette maison pour y passer un bon séjour.

Dit is nu de tweede maal dat we daar op vakantie zijn geweest. Ik heb na de vakantie van vorig jaar een paar opmerkingen gemaakt .Op een paar is tegemoet gekomen Dit jaar komen we in de woning en constateren dat de glazen pot van de koffiezet stuk is.De mensen van het plaatselijk kantoor zijn wel direct een ander komen brengen. Maar het wifi netwerk trek op niks altijd uitvallen. Ook op gebied van properheid is het nog steeds niet goed. Had kennissen die zouden gaan maar ik raad het hun zeker af

Maison agréble en bord de mer...

Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas trĂšs bien, difficile Ă  rĂ©gler. Pas de grand canapĂ©, alors que la maison est louĂ©e pour 6 ou 8, pas trĂšs agrĂ©able quand le temps ne permet pas d'ĂȘtre dehors. La plaque Ă  gaz ne fonctionnait pas, uniquement 2 inductions.la batterie de cuisine est Ă  revoir. Par contre la maison proche de la mer et du centre est un atout.

Einfaches Haus mit guter Lage

Wir wollten uns die KĂŒste der Normandie ansehen und haben daher fĂŒr eine Woche dieses Haus gebucht. Die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe verlief einfach, nur mit den Öffnungszeiten nimmt es die Agentur nicht sonderlich genau. Das zeigte sich auch bei der RĂŒckgabe, aber was soll's, im Urlaub hat man ja Zeit. Das Haus ist etwas abgewohnt, von den 3 Schlafzimmern haben wir nur eines gebraucht. Ich die KĂŒche zeigt eine bunten Mischung von Utensilien, war aber alles da. Auch außerhalb dĂŒrfte mal etwas Hand angelegt werden, manches wirkt doch etwas marode. Da aber der Preis sehr gĂŒnstig war will ich nicht meckern, es hat alles funktioniert. WLAN war auch ausreichend schnell. Pluspunkt ist die Lage. Ruhig in einer Seitenstraße, mit wenig Verkehr. Wir waren Anfang September dort, da ist die Saison bereits gelaufen. Viel HĂ€user waren bereits geschlossen. Trotzdem ist man schnell am Strand. In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß beim BĂ€cker, Metzger oder in einem Restaurant, davon gibt es ausreichend viele, alle mit guter QualitĂ€t. Gleich ums Eck ist ein xxx, dort bekommt man alles. Fazit: Wenn man nicht zu pingelig ist bekommt man hier eine schöne Unterkunft in guter Lage.

AgrĂ©able et grande maison pour un sĂ©jour en famille. Deux dĂ©fauts : le coin salon se rĂ©sumant Ă  ... un seul fauteuil pour huit personnes possibles, et le forfait nettoyage obligatoire Ă  16 € ... par personne.
