Da wir nur 2 Personen mit Hund waren, konnten wir uns erfreulicherweise ausschliesslich auf der unteren Etage aufhalten und die Treppe meiden. Die Gastgeber waren freundlich und konnten auftretende Probleme zĂŒgig beseitigen.Der eingezĂ€unte Garten war sehr angenehm und machte den Aufenthalt mit Hund sehr entspannend.

Nous sommes trÚs satisfaits de notre séjour dans cette maison accueillante, fonctionnelle et confortable (excellente literie dans un calme absolu pour des nuits reposantes). La plage est trÚs belle et se trouve seulement à 5 minutes à pied. Nous avons également apprécié l'efficacité et la discrétion de notre hÎte. Nous recommandons vivement!

Maison trĂšs bien situĂ©e, fonctionnelle . Nous n’avons pas occupĂ© le haut car nous n Ă©tions que 2 avec deux chiens . Petit jardin clos idĂ©al . Mer Ă  200 m Ă  pied. Parfaite communication avec la propriĂ©taire qui est trĂšs souple et arrangeante . Merci!

Schönes Haus, am Strand, ruhige Siedlung

Der Weg zum Strand sind 2 min (500m) also perfekt. Der Strand selber ist Kilometer lang mit vielen Muscheln, perfekt. Ganz in der NĂ€he, ca. 5 min zu Fuß, ist ein BĂ€cker, der auch sĂŒĂŸe Teilchen und Snacks anbietet, sehr lecker. Nach Cabourg sind es ca. 4 km also schon etwas weiter, hier findet man dann alles an Restaurants, CafĂ©s und Bars. Beim Haus gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Badezimmer ist groß und Betten sehr bequem. VerbesserungswĂŒrdig sind nur Kleinigkeiten: scharfe, bessere Messer und die Couch hĂ€tte bequemer sein können. (alle Entfernungen einfache Distanz)

Alte Möbel in toller Lage

GrundsĂ€tzlich eine sehr schöne Lage und eine super und schnelle Kommunikation. Auch die HandtĂŒcher wurden schnell gebracht, da sie bei Ankunft nicht da waren. Die Bilder entsprechen allerdings nicht ganz der RealitĂ€t (andere Möbel, fehlende Fliesen, Möbel sind im schlechteren Zustand und kaputt z.B. LiegestĂŒhle, Toilettenbrille). Die Sauberkeit sollte auch verbessert werden (Staub, Geschirr). Das Bad kann man nicht abschließen, bei uns vier Personen ging das, allerdings wird das bei 8 Personen schwer. Realistischerweise ist das Haus fĂŒr 6 Personen ausgelegt. Gesamtfazit: Super Lage, leider wenig Liebe bei der Einrichtung (nicht modern und zusammengewĂŒrfelte Möbelreste)- Micky mouse Wunderhaus (; vielfĂ€ltige Überraschungen sind vorprogrammiert (:

TrÚs bon séjour

La maison est idealement situĂ©e, au calme et proche de la mer. Le jardin bien clos a permis Ă  notre chien de gambader sans risque. L'hĂŽtesse est charmante et Ă  l'Ă©coute des vacanciers. Le seul bĂ©mol concerne la literie des chambres du haut qui gagneraient Ă  ĂȘtre changĂ©e. Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sejour de toussaint!

Schönes Haus, gute Lage

Wir haben uns fĂŒr September entschieden, und das war eine schöne und ruhige Zeit in Varaville. Das Wetter fĂŒr uns perfekte - morgens etwas kĂŒhler, aber nachmittags immer sonnig und warm, fĂŒrs Baden natĂŒrlich schon zu kalt, aber fĂŒr lange SpaziergĂ€nge und AusflĂŒge mit den Hunden wunderbar und vorallem die Ruhe! Die Gastgeberin nett und unkompliziert

Rustig gelegen, gezellig en heel dicht bij jet mooie en zeer grote strand.

Toffe vakantie gehad, het rustige gedeelte van het strand en op wandelafstand van Cabourg met zijn gezellig centrum. Ideaal huisje voor een gezin en de twee hondjes waren ook tevreden over de tuin...

Quelques jours agréables au bord de la mer

Nous avons passés une belle semaine, la maison est conforme à la description et trÚs agréable! Nous avons profité de la mer (au bout de la rue) et fait des visites autour du débarquement, petits et grands avons passé un trÚs agréable séjour!

TrÚs bonne location. Malheureusement le temps n'était pas au rendez-vous nous n'avons pas pu profiter énormément du jardin. Les meubles à l'étage (lits par exemple) plus que vieillots à changer absolument. Pour le reste parfait!

vacances intergenerationnelles

vacances en famille avec un ado, une grand mere handicapée et un chien le jardin entierement clos arboré et bien équipé est ravissant et à fait le bonheur de tous ! la maisosn est confortable et trÚs agréable. Seul élément à savoir loin des commerces donc voiture indispensable mais pour le reste rien a redire nous avons adoré les longues marches sur la plage proche et lle front de mer super aménagé. PS : paradis des chiens !

Ein Ferienidyll ganz nahe am Strand zum Erholen

300m zu Fuß bis zum Strand in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet gelegen - das Haus war sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Ganz toll waren die elektrischen Heizkörper, die uns die KĂ€lte im MĂ€rz ganz schnell vertrieben hat. Die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit, haben wertvolle Tipps fĂŒr die Umgebung gegeben. Die Kommunikation war klar, schnell und verstĂ€ndlich. Vielen Dank dafĂŒr. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefĂŒhlt und werden das Haus zu einer anderen Zeit gerne wieder mieten, wenn es sich ergibt.

Idéalement située

Location spacieuse et bien située que nous avons occupée à six adultes et trois enfants ( 4,2 ans et 3 mois) Un peu juste en vaisselle qui contraint à un lave vaisselle par jour voir deux.
