This craftsman style 100 year old home has been restored to its finest. It has a large front porch and spacious fenced backyard.
After using our fully stocked kitchen, you'll be able to wine and dine on a table for 8. "Old Annie", our star featured on the mural painted on the outdoor wall. Families will be able to play board games or snuggle in the living room and favorite movies.
Working remotely? There's a space for you as well!
I have put thought in to what I enjoy when I've stayed at others homes and tried to bring this to you.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

$150 charge to guest for unreturned key. Set thermostat 78' in hot, a/c months & 65' in cold, heater months

To converse electricity usage, owner covers the cost up to $250. Any charge over that on the bill will transfer to guest. Payable upon request.

Keeps bed unmade that have used sheets on them. Before you leave make sure the house is left in as close to the condition it was in when you arrived.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

$300 fee for extra cleaning if trashsed OR did not approve/pay for dog. Electricity balance over $250 goes to guest, due immediately.

$500 fee for smoking/vaping indoors. $100 fee if guest checks out w house key.1 dog free. $300 pet deposit for 2nd w approval. Under 50#.

I married my high school sweetheart and together we have 2 girls. I love the outdoors. From kayaking the Brazos, to enjoying music festivals, to savoring BBQ on the porch with loved ones. I also enjoy antiquing and finding those unique finds, so anytime I can go to a trade day, I'll go. When I am with my family, we love our pizza/movie nights where we order a big 'ol NY style pizza and cuddle to some good hearted classics.

This home is nestled in a highly desired neighborhood near all that Fort Worth offers. It is a spacious Bungalow home that was built in 1925 but remodeled with the latest home trends. It has a gorgeous mural painted out back for a fun photo opp that guests can use to create a lasting memory.
