The living room bathed in light opens through the large bay glazed windows on a pleasant green garden with terraces and a square swimming pool of 6x6 m on the side secured and heated by an innovative roller shutter system.

Located 500m from the Bassin beach, the St Brice water reservoir (supervised swimming where lifeguards can introduce your children to swimming) close to cycle paths (4 adult bikes are available) and only 10 minutes by car ( 3/4 of an hour by bike) of the ocean beach of the "Grand Crohot" (Surf School) you will be able to enjoy almost without constraint the pleasures of swimming in a still preserved setting.
That's not all.
Its proximity to the centre of the village (1km from the villa) will facilitate your supplies such as bread, organic or non-organic groceries, fish and shellfish or even pizzas or sushi to take away.
On the catering side, the oyster port and its huts will welcome you for tastings of seafood. As you gain altitude, you will discover the Dune du Pyla located opposite the tip of Cap Ferret (30 minutes by car), without forgetting the famous vineyards of the Médoc (40 km) as well as our magnificent city of Bordeaux, classified as an UNESCO World Heritage Site.
