Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac bordering Sugar Pine Point State Park, this Tahoma log cabin puts outdoor adventure on your doorstep! A private hot tub in the fenced yard is the perfect place to enjoy a soak and a glass of bubbly beneath the stars.
Spend summer days hiking in the forest, tearing up a mountain bike trail, or kayaking the tranquil waters of Lake Tahoe. This rental has access to a private beach and pier! For a winter vacation, Homewood Ski Resort is just a short drive away, while cross country skiing and snowshoeing are found right behind the house.
Comfort awaits on a king bed in a spacious primary bedroom. Huge windows looking out through the trees flood this room with light. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third bedroom has an XL twin-over-queen rustic wooden bunk bed. Three separate baths include a recently upgraded primary bath with a lavish, tiled walk-in shower.
Unwind in the open-concept living area that features hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, and exposed timber beams. The space is furnished with a large sectional and a 55-inch TV. An all-pine kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, a three-seat island, and family style table for eight.
Head outside to a large fenced backyard surrounded by soaring fir trees and sugar pines. Grill up an evening BBQ before sinking into a sumptuous hot tub.
Put on your hiking boots and explore Sugar Pine Point State Park - it borders the house! Grab mountain bikes and follow the trail along the shores of Lake Tahoe - just minutes away. High-end restaurants, bars, and local eateries are nearby. In summer, enjoy kayaking and boating on the lake, plus private beach and pier access. Rent a canoe, paddleboat, or kayak and get into the water, or visit Meeks Bay Marina with a white sand beach, swimming, volleyball, hiking, and biking trails. Fishing enthusiasts can catch world-famous Mackinaw trout. Tahoe City is just over 20 minutes away by car with boutiques, trendy restaurants, museums, parks and seasonal arts and crafts fairs.
