Gesamteindruck befriedigend bis schlecht.

Putzeimer und Putzzubehör im Kleiderschrank verstaut- geht gar nicht/ ein Unding in meinen Augen). Kleiderschränke veraltet (Schlösser und Türen schließen nicht richtig). Wlan geht selten bis gar nicht (laut Inserat Wlan verfügbar - aber Netz wie auch Vermieter bekannt völlig überlastet). Abschließbare Fahrradgarage etwas weg von der Wohnung in nächst gelegener Strasse sehr umständlich. Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung, sehr gut ,aber auf dem Balkon darf geraucht werden und dies ist sehr störend, da der Zigarettenrauch der Nachbarwohnung in die Wohnung zieht und sitzt man auf dem Balkon so wird man eingenebelt.
