Great mid Waikiki place

Efficiency unit designed for couple or young family. Clean and more quiet than on beach hotels, yet easy walk to beach. Very nice to have kitchen.

Great place to stay especially when you’re just exploring the island.

The condo suited our family of 4 perfectly. The management was very quick to respond to questions I had. He brought a replacement Keurig the same day I alerted him that it was broken. It’s definitely a place we would stay again.

Convienient Waikiki Location

The studio apartment was as advertised - clean & cozy. The views were lovely as we could see both sunrise and a peek of the ocean as well. The vacinity to eveything is great. The beach, major hotels with shops and restaurants are all within a few minutes walk. Parking was included so that is a huge plus. Cons: As we were in the heart of Waikiki, its busy and the sounds of the city never stop - day & night. Ear plugs would be suggested for undisturbed sleep.

200% AWESOME STUDIO ! Safe, clean, ideal location with free parking! FULLY RECOMMENDED!

Another excellent stay at one of " Tropical Studios" at Marine Surf Waikiki managed by Niko. This one is a corner unit with 2 balconies , and both ocean and mountain views from 18th floor! Premium kitchen appliances , nicely upgraded and recently remodeled apartment equipped with everything you need during vacation in Waikiki. Comfortable bed and sofa, free air mattress and crib for our kids and a baby... 5 of us slept comfortably! LOCATION... LOCATION...LOCATION... :) :) + great parking + great communication + super easy contactless self check in / check out process, + beach equipment = BEST VALUE IN WAIKIKI. Looking forward to next visit, will definitely stay in this or another one of Nikos " Tropical Studios". Mahalo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Central location in Waikiki, but had check-in issues

Overall, this was in an amazing location! We were walkable (2-10 min walk) from basically everything we wanted to see in Waikiki. We also had 4 people total stay here, and it worked out well enough space-wise considering we were in-and-out most days. This particular unit also had two balconies with the most amazing views! You also could not beat having free parking. A couple of notes: 1 - 2.5 weeks prior to our trip, we received a message that said we’d get all of the check in information (how to get into the building and room, parking, etc.) some time during the 72 hours before arrival. Unfortunately, we never received it nor was there any updated information in the vrbo app, which only included the same context around getting information in an email. I sent a message in the vrbo app the night before, and after landing at HNL (which was an hour after the agreed check-in time), I reached out the two main points of contacts multiple times over phone call, email and the vrbo app with no response back from either until 6.5 hours later at 11pm. I’d recommend staying close with your point of contact leading up to the date to make sure they follow up ahead of your check-in. 2 - We also requested an air mattress, which was confirmed through the vrbo app right after confirmation. We never received it in the room, but in the end, found that there was enough space for the four of us to sleep without it. If needed, just another tip to follow up on this ahead of time. 3 - We received three rolls of toilet paper initially (for 4 people across 5 nights). We knew that we would not receive housekeeping, but just a tip that you’ll likely need to purchase some on your own.
