The 2-room apartment is about 30 square meters and has aentent balcony with partial views over the roofs of the old town on the Baltic Sea. The apartment is max. for 3 people (3 adults. 1 child up to 2 years) suitable. Welcome to the seaport Sassitz - the gateway to the National Park Jasmund with the famous chalk cliffs. In 1875 the villa was built in a former fishing village (today Sassnitz). Even then, holidaymakers were greeted at this villa which enjoyed the beautiful location and the view of the sea. The house was purchased in 2000 by the present owner and extensively modernized and lovingly furnished. The villa is located in the historic town of Sassnitz, close to the Jasmund National Park, on the Baltic Sea. From here you can splendid walks through the Stubnitz company (the forest area in Yellowstone National Park) on the high banks or along the cliffs. In the villa there are 6 brightly furnished apartments from 23 m² to 60 m². All apartments have been refurbished for the 2011 season and refurbished. Each apartment has a private balcony, from which you have a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea over the rooftops of the old time. In just a few minutes you are on the promenade of Sassnitz. It is next to the sailing and fishing harbor, the Sassnitzer Mole and the city center is not far. The Sassnitz Old Town is known for its gastronomy: Brasserie, pubs, cocktail bar, cafes and restaurants tightly strung together. Of course, your car is free on our private house plot.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht

Viel zu kleine Fewo,....maximal für 1-2 Erwachsene geeignet und nicht wie angegeben für 3 Erwachsene plus Kleinkind. Heizung im Schlafzimmer ausgefallen.....bei einem Urlaub im Winter bei minus 10 Grad in der Nacht und ausgekühltem Gebäude kein Zustand. Agentur wurde über dem Zustand sofort informiert, reagierte leider erst nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage. Es wurde dann ein Elektro-Heizlüfter gebracht der es nur im Dauerbetrieb mit erheblichem Krach schaffte, diese winzige Fewo auf eine angenehme Temperatur zu heizen. Schade.....wir haben schon oft zu dieser Zeit in Sassnitz Urlaub gemacht, diese Fewo war aber von Ausstattung und Service sehr enttäuschend.

Lage sehr gut

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Insgesamt war es leider nicht ganz sauber in unserem Appartement. Weiße Sitzmöbel mit diversen Gebrauchsspuren und leider nicht gut gereinigt (Inventar und Gebrauchsgegenstände wie z.B. Kaffeemaschine staubbedeckt) und die Bettwäsche nicht ganz sauber . Die Wohnung wurde jedoch auf unsere Bitte hin am nächsten Tag halbwegs gut gereinigt und das Bett neu bezogen. An den verschmutzten Sitzmöbeln wurde nichts gemacht, hier wäre ein Austausch der Bezüge angebracht. Der schöne große Balkon und die gute Umgebung inklusive sehr guter Restaurants haben uns aber trotzdem einen sehr schönen Urlaub ermöglicht.
