LOCATION: Our Unit 10-401, being 1,188 square feet of living space and lanai on the TOP-FLOOR OCEAN-CORNER of Building 10, is sunny and well-lit and well-ventilated, secure and private, and one of the closest to the beach of all units in Kamaole Sands. With views of the ocean, mountains, sunset and more, Unit 10-401 is one of the most sought-after apartments at Kamaole Sands.

AMBIENCE: Discover a place of calm, peace, balance, and sunlight, with carpeted living, dining and bed rooms, a spacious living room with a large picture view window and high mirrored walls that capture the brilliant sunsets over the Pacific, and an ocean-corner covered tiled lanai that overlooks the Pacific Ocean and Kamaole Beach Park----perfect for sunset cocktails and private evening dining.

Vacation of a Lifetime...!
My wife, our 3 kids (aged 14,12 and 11) stayed in this property from 12th April to 19th April 2024. This was our first time to Hawaii and Maui, a magical Island and we would highly recommend this unit to any family. The condo had everything we needed (cooking utensils, pots, pans) and overlooked the Kamola Sands Beach 111. We could hear the ocean from our Loft bedroom which had a queen bed with full ensuite (shower, toilet etc.); our kids stayed in the 2nd bedroom on the main floor which had 3 single beds and an adjacent washroom with shower etc. The resort had great facilities; pool and hot tub open until 10p.m every night; games room, tennis courts and pickleball courts. John and Maysie gave us lots of great advice on tours, places to go, beaches to visit, snorkeling spots, places to eat before we arrived and truly were fabulous hosts; there was beach chairs for us all, beach towels, coolers, bodyboards etc. To top it all off, John arranged to meet with us and brought 2 Leis for my wife and daughter made from the Puakenikeni flower (also known as the 10-cent flower) which he grows on his property. This was a special experience. This was the trip of a lifetime for our family and we hope to return to Maui and this property one day..!

We had a great time in Maui! John was really helpful as we planned our daily adventures. He gave us wonderful recommendations for dining around Kihei as well as perfect stops along the Road to Hana. His wife made me a special lei as well. It was beautiful! It was nice to come back to the condo after a full day of playing on the island and have comfortable beds and a home like atmosphere waiting for us. We hope to visits again! Mahalo John and Maysie for making this an unforgettable trip!

Great location!
Right across from Kam 3 beach, this condo has everything you need for a great Maui vacation. The owner is super kind and responsive. He made the whole experience super easy. Walk to the beach, dining and shopping easily. Equipped with everything you need for a perfect day at the beach and all the supplies you need for cooking. You’ll love your stay at this condo!

My family of 5 adults stayed at this Hidden treasure for 8 nights and absolutely loved it! The location is amazing, right across the street from a prestigious beach. The condo was very clean and comfortably slept 5 adults. John and his wife are exceptionally kind hosts! They stopped over and brought us flowers from their garden. I will be requesting to book again my next trip to Maui!

We provide our guests with insider tips on places to visit, secret beaches, activities to do, and the best restaurants for casual or fine dining. On occasion, we have shared a bottle of wine watching the whales and the sunset.

Families return to Kamaole Sands throughout the years. Why? Kamaole Sands is clean, well-managed, and one of the most family-oriented condominiums on Maui. There is so much for the kids as well as the adults, with a variety of activities in a safe and enclosed grounds and environment.

Our guests at 10-401 have an up-graded fully-furnished condominium with sunlight and cool sea breezes and tropical views. Our top-floor ocean-corner location is safe, clean, and quiet. And yet we are so close to outside activities for the energetic, and hidden beaches for the adventurous.
