Worn out condo

Vail management has been amazing to work with in regards to the condo I had rented through VRBO. However, the condo was run down, the carpet was disgusting and the unit smelled very musty. The bedroom drawers in both rooms were ill fitting and would drop on your feet if you pulled them out more than half way. The closets were full of knick-nack home decor so you could not store your luggage in them. Kitchen very dated with missing pulls on the cabinets. Some of the kitchen utensils had rust on them and unusable. Ski locker was not cleared out so had to relocate. Overall I was very disappointed in the rental unit. The proximity to the Gondola is wonderful, the vail Management relocated me to a beautiful condo, can’t say enough about them.
