Welcome to Westminster Golf Course! This beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bath split floor plan with a den or office off of the master bedroom is awaiting your arrival. The Great Room features pocket sliders that open fully to a lanai with an outdoor kitchen and seating area that over look the first hole on the golf course. The home features a Chef's kitchen 5 burner gas stove!

Westminster is a gated community with a 24 hour guard at the gatehouse. This home is located across the street from the Community Center/Pool. The center features a pool, tennis/pickle ball/bocce ball courts, fitness center, clubhouse with pool table, 18-hole public golf course with pro-shop/restaurant/bar/driving range. Daily/weekly/monthly social events abound at The Westminster Community!

Area attractions include Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins Spring Training facilities, shopping, restaurants and Ft. Myers International Airport. Only a 30 drive to the sandy beaches of Florida's Gulf Coast!

Any stay require 30 day minimum rental.

# Renter is required to submit application with HOA. A $250 application fee and $40 per person background check fee to be paid by renter directly to the HOA. The HOA does require a 10 dayt process time and will not allow companies as renters, only family units.

Winter Escape

We had a wonderful stay. The home was well appointed and close to the amenity center that we enjoyed daily. We will definitely keep this home in mind for next year.

A Wonderful Stay

We stayed here for three months in early 2025. It's a lovely house, very well appointed. The hosts (Meg and Jens) were very responsive to the very few issues that came up. The house was stocked with everything you might need, from cleaning supplies, a closet full of games, all sorts of kitchen essentials, even bikes and beach gear. Jens and Meg went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We would highly recommend this property.

An Amazing Two Months

My wife and I had the privilege and opportunity of staying here for February and March of 2023. We were absolutely thrilled with the home. It comes fully equipped with everything anyone would need including bicycles. The lanai is spectacularly large with an outdoor kitchen area which we used many times to BBQ a meal. We cannot say enough about the owners who catered to our every need and make sure that we felt right at home. The Westminster community was exceptionally welcoming and friendly. The community pool/hot tub were simply amazing. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Westminster House

The hosts were amazing - so attentive and really went out of their way to make sure that we had everything we needed, including making sure our pups were settled in well. The house was perfect for what we needed while we searched for a house to buy in the area. Nice quiet community. House is conveniently located within the gated community to the pool/tennis courts/driving range. It was wonderful to see the sunrise every day and watch the early morning golfers teeing off on the first hole. Also only a 10 minute drive to see the Boston Red Sox spring training games! Overall, we very much enjoyed the stay and would recommend the house.
