The bright and friendly Non smoking apartment with about 45 square meters is located in the first Floor of the house Altensien and is for max. 2 to 4 persons adapted. The apartment consists of a large living / dining area with a cozy corner couch with pull-out function, which serves as a bed for the 3rd and 4th Person is provided. The modern living room furniture integrate with their soft colors wonderfully in the room, which is equipped with floor to ceiling mullioned windows. A flat-screen TV, blu-ray player and mini stereo system are provided for entertainment. Even on holiday you need in the apartment not to waive Internet access (WLAN). This is included for you! The open, fully equipped kitchenette is completed with a refrigerator with freezer, oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster and various kitchen utensils. The east-facing living / dining area with access to the covered and seating loggia lets the morning sun at your breakfast table. The apartment is fully equipped with easy-care floor. The bedroom has a double bed (1.80 mx 2.00 m) with bedside tables and a spacious wardrobe. The bright daylight bathroom is complemented by a massage shower, washing area and toilet. 1 pet is a welcome guest for an additional charge. An underground car park No. 82 (entrance height 1.80 m) is reserved for you. The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book up to 14 days before arrival for 15.00 € per person or supplement by own. For packages booked for 2 or more you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat once.

Sehr schöne Lage

Die Lage des Objekts is sehr gut. Die Matratzen vom Bett waren leider sehr weich und der Balkon wurde auch nicht sauber gemacht, ansonsten war die Wohnung sehr gut

Sehr schöne eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Die Sauberkeit des Objektes lies zu wünschen übrig. Couch war total versandet. Kissen rochen sehr unangenehm. Backblech nicht gereinigt. Glastüren von Anbauwand verstaubt. Leider gab es keinen Eierkocher und Spülmaschine.

Sellin ist immer schön

Einmal im Jahr muss Rügen immer sein. Die Wohnung ist schön, allerdings für vier Personen zu eng. Die Einrichtung ist modern, die Betten allerdings wirklich sehr weich. Die Ausstattung selbst ist ok, allerdings haben wir einen Fön vermisst. Die Sauberkeit war nur durchschnittlich. Staub wurde nur drumherum gewischt. Ansonsten liegt die Wohnung toll. Nicht weit zum Strand und das Kontaktbüro in Baabe war sehr nett besetzt. Vielen lieben Dank.
