Eine schöne und ordentliche Wohnung, alles entsprach auch der Beschreibung. Sehr gut und Zentral gelegen, man kann fast alles zu Fuß erreichen! Uns hat die Wohnung, der Strand, die Promenade und das gesamte Umfeld sehr gut gefallen. Jederzeit würden wir wieder hierher kommen!!

Wir sind regelmäßige Gäste in der Residenz Binz und haben schon mehrere Wohnung gebucht, aber die Wohnung 15 gefällt uns immer am besten. Komplett eingerichtet, alles drin was man benötigt 2.Schlafmöglichkeit im Wohnzimmer ist bequem Waschmaschine und Trockner im Haus vorhanden, so daß man schnell was auswaschen könnte 2 kleine Balkone am Wohnzimmer,hier kann man sich abends hinsetzen und auf den Schmachter See schauen und am Schlafzimmer Parkplätze vorhanden, etwas beengt das ist aber normal für Wohnanlagen Treppenhaus außendliegend etwas hellhörig gerade für die kältere Jahreszeit, es ist eine Badewanne vorhanden für ein entspanntes Bad wer möchte ein Bäcker gibt es in der direkten Nachbarschaft kurze Wege zum Strand und zur Hauptstraße saubere Wohnanlage mit kleinem Spielplatz und einer Grillecke was ich unbedingt auch erwähnen möchte, ist das nette Personal im Büro in der Paulsenstraße, immer nett und freundlich ich komme dort immer gerne an man nimmt sich Zeit und wenn es die Zeit zulässt,kann man ein nettes Pläuschen halten was ich auch gut finde,das man sich nicht an die Bürozeiten halten muss, man bekommt sicher die Schlüssel am Haus direkt und dort werden sie auch wieder abgegeben Wirklich ein sehr guter Service und man kann dann am nächsten Tag die Kurabgabe bezahlen und sich anmelden.

Wir waren schon das 2. Mal in Binz mit WfV. Beide Male waren wir sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung in der Residenz war sauber, geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer mit dem extra Balkon haben wir unserer Tochter überlassen und selbst im Wohnzimmer geschlafen. Die Couch ist gemütlich und ausreichend. Um die Ecke ist ein Bäcker und der Strand in 7 Gehminuten erreicht. Auch einkaufen ist fußläufig in 10 min (700m) problemlos möglich. Alles in allem können wir sowohl die Unterkunft als auch die Stadt für einen schönen Urlaub nur empfehlen. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit irgendwann wieder.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, aufgrund der nahen Bäume viele Spinnen. Lage zum Ortskern, zum Bäcker und zum Rasenden Roland sehr gut fußläufig erreichbar, Objekt liegt leicht am Berg.
