By law, if you do not respect this rule, we will have all rights to evict you without any right for compensation. Great option for Disney visit

We had a great time at this house. We were 17 people. Perfect setup for multiple families. Good sound isolation between rooms even with lots of kid noise. Bigger than it looked in pictures. Our kids were in the pool for hours every day that we weren’t in the parks and we tested both club pools which were very well maintained. This resort has to be the best location for the Disney parks as you are on site in around 15-20 minutes. For the most part received quick replies to all inquiries with the host. We would stay again.

Disappointed

We rented this place with our entire family, 11 people total, so not even close to the capacity limit. We found out on day one that the hot water heater is either broken or too small, as only one or two people could have a hot shower at a time, making it very difficult to coordinate things. There were items left from the previous guests, I even found an item in the sheets of my bed... The kids were looking forward to playing in the games room, however the pool cues didn't have the ends (We tried taping them with bandaids to make it possible to play, anyone who plays pool knows that you can't play with plastic tips), and the air hockey table was missing pieces, making it impossible to play. I informed the owner of this on day one. We had an issue and I tried messaging the emergency contact number, just to be told that it basically wasn't their problem, they gave me a number for someone else, they still haven't answered me, seven days later. The outlets in the bathrooms didn't work, thankfully we have an electrician in the family and he was able to fix the problem for us, over and over... for a couple of the bathrooms, one bathroom never did work. Several outlets in the bedrooms didn't work, my daughter could either charge her phone OR use the lamp. Location was great, the community is beautiful. Overall, disappointed, we paid a lot of money for this place, you expect to be able to have a hot shower and dry your hair in the bathroom... You expect to be able to use the amenities they list... Communication was quite poor.
