Offering two levels of living space, this condo is positioned on the Sachem trail in the popular Trailside community (Arapaho Village) of Okemo Mountain Resort. The Sachem trail is rated for beginners, making this a fantastic location for any family and for skiers and snowboarders of all abilities. Here at Okemo Mountain Resort, you'll enjoy a vertical drop of 2,200 feet (the highest in Southern Vermont), 20 lifts, and 121 trails, slopes, and glades. The heart of downtown Ludlow is just over two miles east as well. While there, treat yourself to scenic walks through some of its parks or sample local restaurants before heading back.

Your retreat features soaring ceilings and small comforts which offer the homey ambience you crave in a vacation home. Get a fire roaring with the provided wood in the wood-burning fireplace as you comfortably lounge in the living area watching something on the TV. The well-equipped kitchen is there to assist the group chef and the dining table can accommodate guests to savor the meal. For a change of pace, sear your favorite foods to perfection on the grill. If you still have energy to burn, go for a refreshing swim in the shared pool or bring your rackets to the tennis courts for some friendly competition.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
