With a floor area of approximately 400 m², this magnificent Provençal stone farmhouse combines authentic charm with modern comfort, offering a warm and bright setting for your stays. Spacious and bright, the house features large living areas, including a cosy living room with exposed beams that opens onto the outdoors. Comfortably furnished, it can seat up to 10 people around the coffee table—ideal for moments of togetherness and relaxation.

The fully furnished and equipped kitchen combines comfort and functionality to offer you an uncompromising culinary experience. Equipped with everything you need, it features a full-size refrigerator, a gas range with an electric cooktop, a dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker and a kettle. You’ll also find a complete set of cookware, dishes, and all the essential utensils you need to prepare and enjoy delicious meals in a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Spacious and bathed in natural light, Bedroom 1 offers an elegant and comfortable setting, ideal for resting or working in complete tranquility. It is equipped with a large 160-cm bed, a wardrobe, a beautiful bookshelf for your use (please take good care of it), as well as a practical desk area for when you need to focus. This room shares the bathroom located on the upper floor of the farmhouse with Rooms 3 and 4.

Cosy Room 2 features a single bed, perfect for someone seeking comfort and tranquility. For added privacy, it includes a private bathroom equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.

Nearby, a library corner invites you to relax with a selection of carefully arranged books (please treat them with care). A true haven of peace where you can combine work with quiet reading time.

**Upstairs**

The landing leads to 4 beautiful bedrooms and a separate bathroom, as follows:

The bathroom features a large bathtub for relaxing after a busy day, as well as a convenient shower for a quick refresh. A sink and toilet complete this functional space.

The spacious and light-filled Bedroom 3 offers a comfortable and soothing setting. It is furnished with two 90 cm beds.
It shares a bathroom with Bedrooms 1 and 4.

Bedroom 4, equally bright and cosy, immerses you in an elegant and soothing atmosphere. Its charming 140 cm canopy bed invites you to relax and unwind, perfect for peaceful, restful nights. A small desk is also available for your use.
It shares a bathroom with Rooms 1 and 3.

Room 5, located under the eaves, offers a cosy and spacious area with a large 180 cm bed and closets. It has its own private bathroom, equipped with a shower, a vanity, and a toilet.

Bedroom 6, furnished with a large 200-cm bed, a closet, and a desk area, also offers a private bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
Its biggest selling point? Private access to a terrace, perfect for enjoying a relaxing moment outdoors.


*Outdoors*

Le Mas des Bartavelles is set on approximately 6 hectares of grounds, 4 of which are farmland (picking prohibited). Lush with greenery, adorned with flowers, and surrounded by hills, it invites you to fully enjoy the region’s tranquility. It can accommodate up to 6 vehicles.

Two beautiful terraces offer you the opportunity to enjoy meals outdoors.

You can also enjoy a magnificent heated pool (May through September), measuring a generous 13 x 6 metres, with a depth of up to 2 metres. It is secured by a roll-up cover. (Chlorinated).

In a cosy corner, a second pool also lets you cool off (secured by a net).

Whether you’re a casual player or a serious enthusiast, enjoy a private tennis court.
