The listing offered more amenities than advertised: a cockroach, a carbon monoxide alarm, and a visit from the fire department. The detector wasn’t malfunctioning—it was alerting us to what appeared to be a venting issue related to the water heater, along with an extremely dirty filter. The host’s response afterward was essentially that it would “probably be good.”Fortunately, everyone was okay. However, when a safety issue serious enough to involve emergency responders is met with a shrug, it’s difficult to feel confident about the property’s upkeep. We would not choose to stay here again.

The house was great! Very cozy, but spacious! Everything you'd need to feel at home is there! Can walk to the grocery store and Timber Charlie's restaurant. Timber Charlie's was delicious! Close proximity to so many fun things and beautiful scenery. I would definitely stay again if we go back!!

Had a great stay at Brad’s house in Newberry. The house was as advertised and very close to the restaurants, gas and the trails. For us it was a perfect location just two blocks from food and trails. Will stay again!

Great snowmobile weekend!

Great location for a snowmobile weekend! The house was very clean and had a lot of beds (9). Which was good for our group of five. Right off the trail for quick access.
