About this property

The house is located in the romantic valley of the little Boschi river near Ripalta/ Dolcedo. To the next nice village by the sea with its beaches, Porto Mauricio (Imperia), it is about 9 km. The house is set up as follows: In the first floor, there is our flat and in the base floor, there is your apartment. Directly from the house there is a footpath down to the little river for a refreshing bath in a natural pool. If you prefer it a little warmer, there is a swimming pool (7,50 x 4,30 m) waiting for you from the middle of April to the middle of September. As no cars can pass through the medieval centre, there is an electric golf caddy to your disposal for the last 800 meters. Your apartment is built on two levels and consists of a spacious terrace, a sleeping room with a double bed, a bathroom and a living room with kitchenette and a daybed for up to two persons.

Erholung pur!

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder 3, 13 und 14 Jahre) haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub bei Gastgeber Felix im Al Fiume verbracht. Der Alltagsstress ist dort sofort weit weg, die Lage des Hauses am Fluss ist traumhaft schön. Der Fluss ist wunderbar frisch und man kann darin baden oder sich auf den Liegen entspannen. Man hört nur das Rauschen des Wassers und die Zikaden, da weit und breit keine Straße ist. Man kann auch schöne Tage am Haus verbringen, mit dem Pool, dem Fluss und der Tischtennisplatte kommt keine Langeweile auf. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, in der Küche war alles an Geschirr da, was man zum Kochen im Urlaub und zum Kaffee kochen so braucht. Bettwäsche kann man günstig ausleihen, Handtücher muss man mitbringen. Wir haben tolle Abende zusammen mit den anderen Gästen und Felix verbracht, auch eine große Auswahl an Spielen und Büchern ist vorhanden. Das Highlight für die Kinder war die leicht abenteuerliche Fahrt mit dem Golfcaddy zum Ort und zurück, der Parkplatz liegt ca. 1 km entfernt am Ortsrand von Dolcedo. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder ins Al Fiume, wer keinen Standardurlaub sucht, ist hier genau richtig!

Eine wunderschöne Woche für die gesamte Familie

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von unserem Vermieter Felix empfangen. Unser Auto konnten wir auf dem empfohlenen öffentlichen Parkplatz im Dorf sicher abstellen (Anmerkung: man muss es auch eigentlich für eine Woche nicht mehr bewegen). Ein Ort , an dem alles da war was unsere Herzen erfreute. Grandiose Aussicht in ein dichtes grünes Tal und die umliegenden Berge, unten der Fluß, oben der Pool (beides zum Erfrischen super!) . Das wunderschöne Dolcedo mit ein paar kleinen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Wer es etwas schneller mag, kann dann mit dem Golfcar für die Teilstrecke „Haus bis Dorf oben“ fahren - zu zweit perfekt, zu viert und mit Einkauf auch möglich aber etwas abenteuerlich, geht aber auf jeden Fall!) Vom Haus kann man schöne Wanderungen unternehmen, besonders schön ist die kurze Wanderung zu den Badegumpen über ein weiteres schönes Bergdorf. Zwischendurch hatten wir immer wieder nette Gespräche mit Felix. Er konnte uns hilfreiche Tipps und Empfehlungen geben. Es ist ein altes und liebevoll saniertes Haus in dem man sich sehr wohl fühlt. Wir haben das Haus/den Ort lieb gewonnen und würden ihn immer wieder gerne anfahren wenn es uns in die Gegend verschlägt. Wir waren in dieser Woche auf Wunsch unserer Töchter einmal an einem Strand. Danach haben wir alle beschlossen, das wir das nicht nochmal brauchen in der Zeit unseres Aufenthalts. Das war eine perfekte Woche!

Super séjour dépaysant

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cette magnifique maison tout était au rdv le lieu splendide au dessus d’une rivière qui ont ravi les enfants le calme des environs la piscine dans un cadre magique le village typique les villes avec plage et restau à proximité 35 min en voiture Une aventure magique (merci à la petite voiture de golf 😁) et un super séjour avec une grande gentillesse de notre hôte Felix Merci pour tout

Idyllisch im Off von Dolcedo

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und Felix stand uns beinahe jederzeit zur Verfügung um Fragen zu beantworten oder Tips zu geben. Die Wohnung ist sauber und in gutem Zustand, sowie die Lage toll. Wermutstropfen ist die Anfahrt zur Wohnung. Das könnte besser sein, aber ist auch abhängig wie oft man Einkaufen oder zum Sightseeing unterwegs sein will. Mit dem MTB stört einen das nicht :-)

Angenehme Ruhe

Unterkunft in absolut ruhiger und landschaftlich herrlicher Umgebung. Das Haus ist ohne Hilfe nicht zu finden und dadurch durch jeglichen öffentlichen Verkehr nicht gestört. Erreichbar ist es nur über einen Privatweg quer durch die bergige Landschaft. Abenteuerlich und schön zugleich. Es gibt an der ein oder anderen Stelle ein wenig Renovierungsstau. Wer das Perfekte und Komfort sucht ist sicherlich nicht richtig hier. Es überwiegt das Leben in ungezwungener, freier Naturmentalität.
