Welcome to your peaceful and quiet retreat located directly on the Indian Shores intercoastal waterways, and right across the street from Indian Shores Beach!

This waterfront and beachy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located on the second floor of a serene complex with waterfront views of a large section of the intercoastal waterways of Indian Shores. Prepared to be wowed by the gorgeous view from the living room, balcony, and master bedroom of the waterfront pool and intercoastal waterways. This condo features two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, an updated kitchen, and a sunny enclosed balcony.

There is a newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen with the necessities needed to whip up your favorite meal- morning, noon, or night!

There is a new King sized bed in the master with an attached and private bathroom with a walk-in shower, walk in closet, plus a TV.

The second bedroom features a queen sized bed with a twin trundle that pulls out, a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and a walk in closet. Bedroom #2 can be configured into either a bunk bed, with queen bed and a single trundle bed, ideal for younger children (sleeps 6). Or you can request the queen bed with a trundle single bed, ideal for adult guests (sleeps 5). *Configuration request need to be made at time of booking.*

There is plenty of seating around the dining room table that is open to the living room for easy gathering and quality family/ friend time while you're here.

The screened lanai is right off of the comfy living room and all of the windows open up for you to enjoy our beautiful Florida weather year-round. Take in the coastal breeze while you enjoy your morning coffee, reading your favorite book, or a happy hour drink of choice.

Bay Mariner Condos boasts beautiful grounds for you to stroll alongside the intercoastal waterways of Indian Shores while watching dolphins, manatees, and other native wildlife swim by. There are plenty of amenities for those of all ages to enjoy- a waterfront heated pool and hot tub, shuffleboard, weight room, and sauna in each of the locker rooms, billiard room and card table for gathering with friends, plus a clubhouse with a full kitchen and room to gather while you're here.

There is one assigned covered parking spot for your convenience, laundry on our floor right around the corner from this unit, plus a secure entrance and elevator.

The beautiful beaches of Indian Shores are directly across the street from the complex, and there is even a designated crosswalk, too! Don't forget about Trip Advisor's #1 rated beach in the USA, Clearwater Beach- just 9 miles North. This complex sits in a very popular stretch of this little beach town, and there is a shopping center right out front that houses ice cream, multiple local restaurants, a beach shop, and a rental shop where you can rent bikes, golf carts, scooters, kayaks, and more!

Full month bookings from 1st of the month to end of the month only, no mid-month bookings during high peak seasons.

There is only ONE parking space available for this condo.
The facility does not allow parties or events.
There is no smoking allowed inside the condo or on the balcony. Thank you in advance for adhering to the NO SMOKING rules.
Pets are NOT allowed.
For the safety of your children and in consideration of other guests, parents must always supervise their children.
The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with enough basics to get you going for the first night. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies.
Please note, 10 day notice is required for us to submit paperwork to the association on your behalf. No exceptions.
